If Napoleonic France came back, Napoleon would probably just chill as there are no coalitions going against him. He would probably focus on stabilizing his empire and spreading influence in the world, making strong ties with other countries. Napoleon wasn't a warmonger, he was just constantly being declared war on. Of course this is an impossible scenario, but if we are going a bit more realistic, then this is probably what would happen. Another thing that could potentially happen is Nato, Russia, and most of UN declaring war on Napoleonic France and reestablishing modern day european nations.
