How would a restaurant/fast food place know though it would probably depend on the place though like a McDonald’s in the city may sell more nuggets and a McDonald’s outside the town may sell more burgers
i love this and i like it when they add the percentage difference, price difference, weight difference, calories difference plus Joe and George never fails to make me smile
I've seen a one gallon size before it was ment to be shared between four people and the lid even had four holes for the straws but I definitely seen people buy that for themselves
It get extremely hot and humid in the summer months in statew where It's most common to find drink sizes that crazy sizes . With that being said, nobody should drink 64 ounces of coca cola in one sitting, ever. drinking a 12 pack of light beer would be less harmful lol
As an American, I honestly don’t know how people do it. It gets so hot during the summer, that much sugar would make me sick. I only drink water and I have one cup of plain coffee in the morning. I usually drink almost two gallons of water a day.
Still never tried more US chains than McDonald's, Burger King, pizza hut and KFC but these videos make me want to try more chains. These videos show me other countries options.
I thought it was so weird that Wendy's in Japan has pasta but then I thought someone in Japan probably thinks it's super weird that American Wendy's has salads and baked potatoes.
I've never heard of a hamburger place called Wendy's before. I have been researching and found that there are 346 McDonald's restaurants, but only 24 Wendy's restaurants in Tokyo.
Joe that Wendy's Taco "Salad" was 100% a staple of my childhood. If dumping an entire cup of chili over some lettuce and pretending it's still healthy is wrong, then I don't want to be right.
I love George. He reminds me of the Japanese exchange student in our high school. Quirky and funny, what we in the South (U.S.) call a bit of a goober. A funny man with a warm heart.
Whatever fast food chain you can think of they have it in America the UK and Japan. Really happy to see them do Wendy’s again and maybe do UK vs Japan maybe. Just an a idea. If Joe’s reading this, then he’ll probably be depressed to have a Food Wars series not to include him in it. Maybe he can do a cameo like Harry in the KitKat episode.
They have White Castle, Arby’s, In-n-Out, Chick-fil-a, Zaxby’s, Bojangles, Culver’s, Popeyes, Whataburger, Jack in the Box and Raising Cane’s in Japan and the UK?
I like Japan's drink sizes...I've definitely noticed that ever since McDonald's mainly offered their large size (but you can definitely still order a small/medium), other restaurants have made their mediums into "larges" and their larges into monsterous proportions. When I go to Wendy's I'm always flabbergasted with my medium drink - and for me, it's the right amount with my food
George is so cute and enthusiastic in these videos! Also I think Joe is right about a deal on bacon. I never realized how many items at Wendy’s include bacon (aside from the baconator).
They both are hilarious 😂 I'm dying of laughing🤣 every Eps of Japan Vs U.S.A I just loved every minute of it.. George and Joe you both r incredible hosts indeed..♥️
I’m sure it varies from region to region, but here in Seattle, Wendy’s nuggets are cheapest per nugget in the 4-piece vs the 6 and 10 piece options. So a 4-piece plus a 6-piece is actually cheaper than getting a 10-piece. Makes no sense!
I used to work at my local Wendy's. You guys missed a few items. The Family sized chili (literally just a bucket of chili) and the 20pc nuggets to name a few.
Wendy's is my go-to fast food. It's nearby, it's not too expensive, and it has the asiago ranch chicken club, the best fast food chicken nuggets, and the chocolate frosty.
I’m a high school kid who Works at Wendy’s. In about 3 months of work I have sold about a dozen 50 piece chicken nuggets. So 50 pieces are not common but people do order them occasionally. The order is usually for a minivan full of kids
You would think that the sausage biscuit would be dry but it's not, it's actually soft and buttery. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit is actually the dry and hard to eat of the two sandwiches. For some reason they use a different biscuit for the sausage biscuit then the rest of the biscuit sandwiches.
Wendys is the best fast food burger place for me. Its average most places, but there is ONE location near me that is absolutely incredible. I have no idea what they do differently but they make some of the best burgers I have ever had there.
Fakkin good episode as always
加藤純一最強‼️
You should do a Pocky Food War episode sometime. I would probably recommend it.

One interesting element to add to this series would be to show what the most popular menu items are in each country.
It's going to be regionally-based no matter which country, but to some degree you may find overlap.
you know the whole office eating good after these videos
How would a restaurant/fast food place know though it would probably depend on the place though like a McDonald’s in the city may sell more nuggets and a McDonald’s outside the town may sell more burgers
@Jackgames 2016 They would take the overall average from every restaurant. Trust that every fast food chain knows what items are their best sellers.
good idea, but the info is not available...
The progression that happens between 3:49-4:06 is priceless and I love it
I love George's sense of humour, he and Joe are a great balance

When I moved to the US my first cultural shock was seeing the "you've got to be kidding me" soda size
Yeah. If you go into gas stations trust me it's much bigger than that 60oz
I ordered a large soda at the movie theatre & I had trouble carrying it with my food. It was HUGE
I've seen a one gallon size before it was ment to be shared between four people and the lid even had four holes for the straws but I definitely seen people buy that for themselves

FAKKIN great episode. 😂
I love this show and George is such an awesome addition.
I love this show too
Always happy to see George and the little bits of information he throws in the videos
It would be interesting to make a US vs UK vs Japan episode so you could see the differences between all 3!

As far as the largest chains go, Wendy's and Popeyes are my favorite.
I thought it was so weird that Wendy's in Japan has pasta but then I thought someone in Japan probably thinks it's super weird that American Wendy's has salads and baked potatoes.
I’d love Japan Wendy’s to sell baked potatoes
I've never heard of a hamburger place called Wendy's before. I have been researching and found that there are 346 McDonald's restaurants, but only 24 Wendy's restaurants in Tokyo.
Wendy's is quite similar to McDonald's, I've always liked it more then McDonald's because the burgers taste better
Really! There used to be more Wendy's in Japan I think. Like 20 years ago. Now its combined with 1st Kitchen eh :(
I’ve missed George recently. Love to see him on this show!!
Both George and Joe are great hosts. Gotta give the Joe man some attention in these.
I agree!

They do it because most people are too lazy to read the menu and will just ask for a 10 piece order and don't care what it costs.
Does anyone else wish they could host Food Wars because I certainly do. I would love to show people around the world what we have here in Denmark.
Love the us vs Uk and the us vs Japan food wars, but would love to see us vs Canada food wars

How do they not have Frostys in Japan?! It’s like the only reason I go to Wendy’s

I love this show and i really love this guy George... i wish you add middle east especially the Gulf region to your list.
George is climbing up..!! Good luck man!!
Day 1 of asking for US and Philippines Food Wars. Love your content as always
Wendy’s used to have like a Cobb salad when I was younger. It was so good. I’m disappointed it isn’t on the menu anymore.
I remember the Wendy’s in my town had an all-you-can-eat taco bar on Tuesday nights. That was maybe 30 years ago or so.
The American guy and Japanese guy have the best personalities. I love watching the UK videos too but he’s very stoic
I used to work at my local Wendy's. You guys missed a few items. The Family sized chili (literally just a bucket of chili) and the 20pc nuggets to name a few.
My wendys doesn't offer either of those in california but I know some in other states do
Fakkin amazing this is the first I watch and already subscribing

With the drinks ice may need to be considered. Ice takes up space and unless melted, lowers the amount of liquid in the cup
Asiago Chicken Club is divine. The most unique and delicious chicken sandwich available.
