I adopted my dog Hummus about year ago and he changed my life completly! I struggle a bit with depression episodes, and everytime I have my "downs" he cheers me up and gives a reason to live. :)

I was told (and I don’t know if it’s an old wives tale but it seems to be true in men) that those who go grey earlier on don’t go bald/ lose as much hair when they are older... so maybe when you’re 60 you’ll be swishing about a fabulous mane 😜

The grey shows what an old soul you are, I sometimes play a game (idk if you can call it a game) where I think of what family member a person is. I have an aunt, a brother, an uncle, a mother, and a dad as my friends, and your grey hair fits your grandma personality. You're like that Granny that knits 24/7 and gets called Granny by everyone not just your grandkids

Alex’s hair looks amazing! As for yours, I think it really is just genetics, even if your mom didn’t start greying as early. I’ve known women whose hair was just like yours, and by the time they hit their forties, their hair was a gorgeous, thick, SUPER SHINY (like glitter in the sun) salt and pepper waterfall. Simply stunning...I think yours might wind up like that, and it would be gorgeous!

It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one who's going grey so soon. I turned 26 last year in Sept, and I discovered in Jan that I started to go grey. But I think I handled it pretty well, my initial response was... "I made them myself and I'm so proud of them!" And I still stand by that statement today ^^

Yoga booty! Looks like I need to start doing yoga! Plus, my stomach is the one area that I wish I could make smaller. I'm in plus sizes (in the US, probably everywhere else in the world too, LOL) and I would stay the same size if I could just get my stomach a little flatter. :/
And I really like your hair, it kind of reminds me of Lily Munster! (Hope that doesn't offend/upset you). I've been considering dying my hair black again, but the color never stays in long. Everyone always complains about black box hairdye, but it usually just washes right out of my hair in about two months.

It made me feel so good that you showed your grey hairs. I'm 26 and I've been getting them since I was like 18... Mine are all over the place and my hair is not quite that dark, so it's not that noticeable yet... But I still feel like I need to keep dyeing my hair, even though I don't want to anymore... I'll reconsider that now I think!
(also: in my case it's definitely genetic, my aunt on my mum's side had completely grey hair when she was about 30...)

I had a similar amount of grey in my mid twenties....don’t know whether you’ll be the same but I was totally grey by the time i was 40....I have had phases of letting it be it’s natural colour, but am currently dying it again. I’m chronically indecisive about it. Sometimes I love it, other times I’m not ready to be grey forever.

Kiera, I think the muscle group you were talking about on the outside of your belly is your obliques (outer abs). One of my personal favourite muscle groups. Get that core strength!
Both you and Lynsey look so pretty, so bubbly and so fun! I don't know how to explain this without sounding weird, but I'm so glad you have each other as friends because you can often spot a good friendship from afar when two people just blend so perfectly, it's great!

You should try taking B12 supplements because being deficient in it can make you go grey early :)

Could be marie antoinette syndrome causing your white hair. I'm only 20, and I have white hairs in my hair, but also in my eyebrows and eyelashes!

I feel exactly the same about my grey hair! I decided when I was 20 to stop dying my hair 'cause I wanted to keep it healthy, and I liked my hair colour after all, and then all of a sudden my hair started going grey and I was so confused! I dyed it after a while because I felt a bit self conscious since I was so young but I felt kind of sad that I didn't have them anymore so I haven't dyed it since. >:)
They say that grays could be a lack of minerals in your diet. I started going grey after losing a family member and a stress filled job. I've been drinking nettle tea and using black cumin seed oil internally and externally. I know it's worked for another family member of mine. Look it up to see if that's something you would want to try.

I had a friend who had very dark thick hair, similar to yours, who had a gray patch at the back of her head since she was an early teen, maybe even a little younger. She said it was because when she was born the dr. did something when he delivered her that damaged the follicles or something and that's why. I've never done any research into it, so IDK if she just made that up, but it didn't run in her family or anything, she was the only one it happened to. I also think it's kind of a cool quirk, and actually really pretty, but I know it was stressful for her and made her self conscious, especially as other kids would comment on it.

i loved my hair being grey! but the glint of silver in yours is so gorgeous! if i was lucky enough to have such beautiful black hair i would probably let the silver go wherever it wanted for as long as i could, and maybe go all over later

I have three dogs at home and my job is walking dogs and I've been the happiest I've been probably ever mental health wise
