It is an Italian car and in Italy (as well as in most parts of the world) people use Celsius. In Celsius there is no inconsistency in the climate control display. It goes up and down per 1 Celsius. If you convert each Celsius and round it off to the nearest whole Fahrenheit you get these inconsistent figures.
