Hello, how would you recommend bug screening the open gaps in btwn the gaps w/something that won’t get clogged up through the years? Thnx

Believe it or not, due to the open nature of the wall, bugs are not a concern. It may seem like a potential issue, but because of the airflow and drainability in a proper install, bugs will have very little place to go.
