Like how do you know which one of my mods needs updating? And do all of them need updating every time an update for the sims come out? Do I delete my old files and add the new updated ones instead? Hi Syrup thanks for being apart of the channel. I appreciate you watching Most mods needs to be updated during any base game update or new pack. Also Modders will update when they are fixing a bug or when they are adding something new to their mod. In the video I mention I use scarlet realm website to keep track of mods. I check this daily . Also I highly recommend keeping up to date with the creator of the mod you download. I like to save their Patreon page or wherever I download from so I can easily return for info you can most certainly delete any old mods in your folder. You add the new and delete the old . CC are a bit easier they tend not to break but I treat them as the same . During any game update I take them out and then I return them when I am finished updating the game . If you can't go into your worlds it is a mod preventing it. Best advice take out your mods Go to Scarlets realm website . Go down your mods folder one by one check if they have been updated. If they have replace it. If not keep that mod out of your game. I wait for days before I put all my mods back in after an update . It's an process but slowly adding them in making sure all is good one by one is better than having them all in and not knowing which is the problem. I hope this helps in any way. That may be the best thing to do. Don't forget also delete those L files and make sure OneDrive is not on because it can put back old files in your game which causes issues . Thank you for the update, I think this is what will help the most taking out and just having mods that you really need GL 😊
@@Simeralla this is super annoying they keep updating it and when they do it keeps messing everybody up like now I'm forced to be online where I bought these games in the first place so I can play them at camp and not have to be online

But I really don't know what and how I can make it work especially now I am using the EA shortcut on my desk top laptop.I just learned EA and Origin don't go together. I just really don't know why everytime I start to play any household, it don't open after the loading, It always sends me back to the main menu. And the world and neighborhood. if its broken, what should I do? Thank you for your help in advance.
First let's take it step by step . Delete origin if you have on your PC Next tell me which mods you have download and put in your game ? Remove all the mods from your folder and put in temp folder on your desktop only file you leave in your mods folder is (resource). Then go to you EA app open your game through the App. And go into a family save and tell me if it still happens

I have this problem i got some cc that suddenly started interferinh with my game. The sim won’t do anything but I can’t find the cc i have been using multiple cc organisation apps
1.when does it happen? What commands were you giving the sim, that made you think something was interfering with it? Do you have tray importer? Or better exceptions? Can you explain a little more in detail , happy to help just need more info
@@Simeralla Literally everything, for example changing diapers or going to bed themselves. I both have tray importher which I used and better exceptions in my mod folder.
Best advise I can give you is go to your mods folder. Then go to the folder you place your build CC and organize by date . All the latest CC you downloaded will appear take all the CC you recently added to your game out . Go back into your game and see if it still happens then add each CC either one by one back into the folder depending on how much new CC and open your game until the issue arises again. When you add that CC and the problem happens that's the CC!. Then delete that one . I don't know how you organize your build CC . By creator or just one build folder but that would be a way or get mod manager and delete all your recent CC and do it that way
I have issues with sims in my game for how I can't seem to remove their accessories while slider boots after they have been flagged cause when I try to make a new sim from cas that they also wear the same thing or is this not due to me having a broken mod in my game
Its very much so, could be a mod in your game that is causing this. I would first check to see if any of your mods have been updated. If all mods are updated. I would take your mods out . Go in your game with no mods and see if you still have the problem, if not insert each mods back in one by one until you find the mod that is causing the problem. Please be aware there will be a major update tomorrow to the game . Back up your saves and remove all mods before you update your game. I hope this helps 😊 please update me on what happened 🦋
everything seems to be doing alot better where i tend to still see things here and their some since i did have to remove some of my cc due to ea breaking stuff from update

hi what about cas stuff from the sims resource or patreon like clothes, makeup? idk how to update them and now my sims are all bald :,( edit: the hair, clothes, makeup ar still there but i need to create those outfits again manually :,( is there a way where i dont have to do it manually cuz the outfits will take tons of time to do again
Make sure in your game option settings the check mark for show custom content is on. If not your Sims will be bald when you load up game after the update . You can always use MCC to locate any broken CC if you have some. Keep your mod folder neat by labeling by crreator or category for an easy find. You can also use tray importer to locate broken CC on your Sims. Every time you add new CC you should clear your cache L files as mentioned in video. Cherry I hope the info helps remember when your Sims are bald you must check to see if your custom content is enabled . Make sure when you download any CC or mods you are extracting them if they are in a zip file. Place them directly in your mods folder. When your in game make sure your game setting,,other, enables custom content. I'm not understanding the save issue but perhaps repair game on the EA app if you can't save
can someone PLEASE help me? I've literally updated my mods (most of the ones I had in my game before I deleted them out of my mods folder.) ui is updated, lumpinou, littlemssam, 5 columns, cc wrench, no trait mods, wicked whims, mccc, ui cheats. for some reason I get this weird newspaper when my game loads. my better exception mod scans that something is wrong with my UI, it says it has to load for a few minutes to find the problem, 15 minutes later it's still loading so I shut my pc down. I am tired of this, I've had my pc since april this year I was so excited to play and make videos. but because of this sh*t I don't play. i can never play this game in peace it's annoying me sb. 😂 my cas is tripping, something is also wrong with my map? and also with my exit game, or that little x button when you click something to cancel. my aspirations are blue? and my trait buttons are green? and you know normally when you choose your traits it had these question marks, well mine are the same as the likes and dislike button.
Here is what I would do if I was you. I would take out my mods folder completely. Go into my game and see if your getting the same problem. If you are then the first thing you should do is repair your game . If that does not work. Save your save file & tray file and then uninstall & reinstall the game with packs. This will take time . If your game looked fine without the mods in your game then it's something in your mods folder . The best way to do this is to add each mod one by one to find that mod that's causing you problem. Your UI is messed up it can be something like a loading screen that is messing it up too . I don't know how many mods you have in your game but if doing one by one is tiring than 50/50 method is the way to go. If you go to scarlet realm website there are very helpful tips to solve your issues. Also please be aware Everytime you add anything new or update delete your L files avatarcache localthumnailcache any last exceptions you received any crash reports. Also going to Deadpool discord , there are fantastic error support members who will help. Don't give up it is all fixable. I hope some of this information helps. Sorry your going through this 😔

I make a new folder on my desktop and label it "Mod Holding" transfer every mod over to that folder .l Make sure to leave resource file in your mods folder . And when you back up your save & tray files I usually label the folder what ever month it is example : Dec saves or Dec tray. It helps me keep track . Don't delete your mods folder just the mods you don't want any more or the mods that are old . All the best 🙂👍🏽
@@Simeralla ok so i just make a folder on my desktop and transfer everything to that folder. because yesterday I put my mods back in after a month or two not playing (they’re updated!) so everything that I have in my mods folder right now I do need it. i’ll let you know how it goes thank you 😊
cool, this doesnt help at all, with the new updates, everything is named file EP1234. Yea I know that means "expansion pack" but when every folder is called that, no "mods" folder, wth do i do???

I am coming to learn that the only things messing with my game right now are the script, mods, and a good reason for that is because I had them nested, I’m going through all of my script, mods and updating them now, thank you for your help 🫡
You know a CC is broken when you put it on your sim and it either disappears or it comes up with ? And red/ white color. When your CC is not what it supposed to look like
They are very complicated it's the upkeep of it . I feel though once you got the hang of it and start off small maybe 1 or 2 mods it will be easy. Thanks for watching

Best advise I can give you is go to your mods folder. Then go to the folder you place your build CC and organize by date . All the latest CC you downloaded will appear take all the CC you recently added to your game out . Go back into your game and see if it still happens then add each CC either one by one back into the folder depending on how much new CC and open your game until the issue arises again. When you add that CC and the problem happens that's the CC!. Then delete that one .
I don't know how you organize your build CC . By creator or just one build folder but that would be a way or get mod manager and delete all your recent CC and do it that way
I have issues with sims in my game for how I can't seem to remove their accessories while slider boots after they have been flagged cause when I try to make a new sim from cas that they also wear the same thing or is this not due to me having a broken mod in my game
Its very much so, could be a mod in your game that is causing this. I would first check to see if any of your mods have been updated. If all mods are updated. I would take your mods out . Go in your game with no mods and see if you still have the problem, if not insert each mods back in one by one until you find the mod that is causing the problem. Please be aware there will be a major update tomorrow to the game . Back up your saves and remove all mods before you update your game. I hope this helps 😊 please update me on what happened 🦋
everything seems to be doing alot better where i tend to still see things here and their some since i did have to remove some of my cc due to ea breaking stuff from update

hi what about cas stuff from the sims resource or patreon like clothes, makeup? idk how to update them and now my sims are all bald :,(
edit: the hair, clothes, makeup ar still there but i need to create those outfits again manually :,( is there a way where i dont have to do it manually cuz the outfits will take tons of time to do again
Make sure in your game option settings the check mark for show custom content is on. If not your Sims will be bald when you load up game after the update . You can always use MCC to locate any broken CC if you have some. Keep your mod folder neat by labeling by crreator or category for an easy find. You can also use tray importer to locate broken CC on your Sims. Every time you add new CC you should clear your cache L files as mentioned in video. Cherry I hope the info helps remember when your Sims are bald you must check to see if your custom content is enabled . Make sure when you download any CC or mods you are extracting them if they are in a zip file. Place them directly in your mods folder. When your in game make sure your game setting,,other, enables custom content. I'm not understanding the save issue but perhaps repair game on the EA app if you can't save

can someone PLEASE help me? I've literally updated my mods (most of the ones I had in my game before I deleted them out of my mods folder.) ui is updated, lumpinou, littlemssam, 5 columns, cc wrench, no trait mods, wicked whims, mccc, ui cheats. for some reason I get this weird newspaper when my game loads. my better exception mod scans that something is wrong with my UI, it says it has to load for a few minutes to find the problem, 15 minutes later it's still loading so I shut my pc down. I am tired of this, I've had my pc since april this year I was so excited to play and make videos. but because of this sh*t I don't play. i can never play this game in peace it's annoying me sb. 😂 my cas is tripping, something is also wrong with my map? and also with my exit game, or that little x button when you click something to cancel. my aspirations are blue? and my trait buttons are green? and you know normally when you choose your traits it had these question marks, well mine are the same as the likes and dislike button.
Here is what I would do if I was you. I would take out my mods folder completely. Go into my game and see if your getting the same problem. If you are then the first thing you should do is repair your game . If that does not work. Save your save file & tray file and then uninstall & reinstall the game with packs. This will take time . If your game looked fine without the mods in your game then it's something in your mods folder . The best way to do this is to add each mod one by one to find that mod that's causing you problem. Your UI is messed up it can be something like a loading screen that is messing it up too . I don't know how many mods you have in your game but if doing one by one is tiring than 50/50 method is the way to go. If you go to scarlet realm website there are very helpful tips to solve your issues. Also please be aware Everytime you add anything new or update delete your L files avatarcache localthumnailcache any last exceptions you received any crash reports. Also going to Deadpool discord , there are fantastic error support members who will help. Don't give up it is all fixable. I hope some of this information helps. Sorry your going through this 😔

I make a new folder on my desktop and label it "Mod Holding" transfer every mod over to that folder .l Make sure to leave resource file in your mods folder .
And when you back up your save & tray files I usually label the folder what ever month it is example : Dec saves or Dec tray. It helps me keep track . Don't delete your mods folder just the mods you don't want any more or the mods that are old . All the best 🙂👍🏽

cool, this doesnt help at all, with the new updates, everything is named file EP1234. Yea I know that means "expansion pack" but when every folder is called that, no "mods" folder, wth do i do???

I am coming to learn that the only things messing with my game right now are the script, mods, and a good reason for that is because I had them nested, I’m going through all of my script, mods and updating them now, thank you for your help 🫡

You know a CC is broken when you put it on your sim and it either disappears or it comes up with ? And red/ white color. When your CC is not what it supposed to look like
