Can you imagine spending that kind of money to live in a s******* like New York? 16 million would get you a mansion with a couple hundred acres of land where I live. With clean towns, good schools, and no crime.
It wouldn't be so expensive if there wasn't demand for it. The reason you can get way more for somewhere like you live, is because most people wouldn't /want/ to live there lol
@@MariaSantos-uo3pb not only is that factually incorrect, it's sort of ignorant to say. Of course people would rather live in a clean, safe, small town where life, schools, and prices are better. You see, people are trapped in New York and other big cities. They are trapped there due to work consideration, logistics, and a simple inability to pick up and leave. It's like sort of an economic prison. That's why the small town I live in doesn't have ghettos, High crime, Street prostitution, feces on the sidewalk and all of the other crap associated with big cities. The economics of cities like New York and San Francisco are so upside down that they simply can't stand to make things affordable. That's why you have the super rich and the super poor and no middle class. It is idiotic and ignorant to think that it's because people actually want to live there. People are fleeing the cities in record numbers. But the people who stay either have to because of work considerations, or simply trapped in that economic prison. Unable to go find something better. Which is fine with me, because the last thing my small town needs is a bunch of brown skin moving in and ruining our schools and our nice beautiful safe traditional small town
Oh wow I would love to see a walk-through for this property! It looks amazing
😮beautifully finished loft👍
Mid-Century Modern LA style.
What a waste of money. That livingroom looks like a showroom at IKEA.

A 16 million dollar shoe box. I've seen much better places for 10% of the price.
It’s definitely not a shoebox. It’s called a loft.
@@balzoemg8415 It's called a 'rip-off.'
