Don't be sad over it. Veterans been playing from day one pretty much and they need some extra love from the developers to show it. Veterans played many hours, days, and years into collecting whatever they could. Their dedications to the game should be noticed. Rare is hard to find, hard to get, and earned.
Kinda sad that they show leon's rpd costume but as a new player you can't get it.
