    I think a important barrier to access to healtb care is rough sleeping.

      definitely, hard to access any type of service without a fixed abode.

      Absolutely! As mentioned above, accessing care anywhere can be difficult for those that are homeless and also being homeless is associated with increased prevalence of mental health conditions as well as nutritional and physical health conditions. As shown by the Marmot Report, those who are the most socioeconomically deprived unfortunately have worse outcomes... The Inverse Care Law states that those who most need care are the least likely to access it, it's very important for future doctors to be aware of this!
