Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, almost two years ago I traveled to Danbury, Ct. to peacefully exercise my 1st Amendment Rights. Instead of respecting my rights the Danbury Police Department violated my them by trespassing me from the public library and forcing me to identify myself under threat of arrest. This is also the day Officer Ken Utter stated that 20 years ago I would have been dead with my teeth missing, that he would have done it himself. Ken Utter is still a Danbury Police Officer. Let that sink in.
After this ordeal, I went to visit the city hall to peacefully exercise my rights. When I arrived I was confronted by Phil Genussa, a tyrant security guard. Phil assaulted me and threatened me. I told the Danbury Police I wanted to press charges and instead of arrested Phil I was arrested. I was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Originally I was charged with four misdemeanors & two infractions. Eventually all the misdemeanors were dropped by the State’s Attorney. Which I believe was done in order to deny me my right to a trial by a jury of my peers…the People. I now stand accused of Creating A Public Disturbance & Simple Trespass Infractions which carry a maximum fine of $90 each.

The fact that the judge hasn't put a stop to this waste of taxpayer money speaks volumes about the level of corruption we're looking at here.

*Crimes that have actually been committed so far:*
18 U.S. Code § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law (numerous police officers)
18 U.S. Code § 241 Conspiracy against rights (mayor, numerous police officers, city attorney, prosecutor, apparently the judge)
False arrest (includes resulting assault and kidnapping, plus an enhancement due to the suspect being armed)
Malicious prosecution
Assault (security guard)
False imprisonment (security guard)
Perjury (city clerk)
Blocking public access (city clerk, city attorney, security guard, and whoever locked the door to the tax office)
Disturbing the peace (security guard, city clerk, city attorney, librarian, police officers)
Terrorist threat (or whatever it's called in Connecticut when you threaten to murder someone) (Officer Utter)
Tampering with evidence/altering a public record (bodycam audio) (unknown police personnel)
Aiding and abetting (police officer coaching a criminal suspect to help him avoid prosecution)
Hate crime (officer who used a slur against Sean) *Imaginary crime used by the government to suppress free speech, but if the government wants to punish citizens for committing "hate crimes," they should be held responsible as well.
*Violations of oath of office:*
Mayor
Numerous police officers
City attorney
City clerk
Judge
Prosecutor
*Civil violation:*
42 U.S. Code § 1983 Civil action for deprivation of rights
Also, the police chief and command staff have a legal duty to properly supervise and investigate wrongdoing in the department. They are clearly facilitating and encouraging a culture of corruption and violent hostility toward the public. Same for the mayor.
Dishonorable mention: Officer Tibbitts for being so incredibly immature, even for a police officer.

The only person involved in this mess who hasn't committed a crime or an ethics violation is Sean.

For the record, your videos don't portray police in a bad light. They do that to themselves all on their own! You simply hold the camera. I sincerely hope this judge honors his oath.
Not really. Sean has admitted he has filmed heaps of encounters with cops and they have all been reasonable and positive but he decides not to post them because they would be boring. So he is pushing a narrative and you guys are eating it all up.
I agree. It's a good day for Sean when there are no issues.
@worriedname Yes really. Sean does not 'make' the police do anything, they each choose to act how they act. Even if Sean only posts 1 out of 10 videos he makes and all the ones he posts are the ones with police acting badly, that is still how each police officer chose to to act, Sean did not make them act that way regardless of if he shows every video he makes or not. [ which is also crooked -b/c this is the state where most of the NY Mob now live - they have been going here for decades to beat the noise of NY] - then perhaps his lawyers will be joined by more lawyers - and then appeal to the US Supreme Court. Then it will go the way of the constitution.
@@riceski The Mob doesn't go where it's pro police. LOL!
The Sgt. absolutely put words in Phil's mouth. He told him exactly what to write.
He definitely put words in his mouth and told him what to wright
Isn't that classed as " conspiracy to supress evidence" ?.
Why@@Jenthunder
I coach all my witnesses😂
How can Police Chief Patrick Ridenhouse be proud of this crew? Cops coaching criminals, cops threatening to bust teeth. Maybe that is why he left Stratford PD.
And as always, Thank you.
Youre doing good things here and not out of spite, but out of genuine desire to improve officer-community harmony.
Bless you.
I can’t believe how this judge is shielding this witness.
Not just this one how about the lady ? The judge should just move over and be the witness himself.
Did you hear the judge correct Sean's attorney for using the word "coached" when talking about Phil's statement.... even though the officer also called what he did "coaching" & "helping". The judge snapped at the attorney and said he was "helping" not "coaching"... ridiculous!!
@@thetruepatriot7733 Yep, ----- Appeals court here we come, but Sean knew that going in. District courts in this country are just a dog & phony show.
I can't stand that farce of a judge.
100%
This judge is corrupt AF and the conviction would easily be overturned by a higher court.
That fucking robed traitor has to abide by the CONSTITUTION!!! No legislating from the bench! No ignoring or distorting the wording in the Amendments or Bill of Rights!
That costs thousands tho.
@@AlcideIzMine there was 24k watching live. a gofundme would expldr

Criminals with badges will do what ever they can get away with. And when caught in there crimes will always claim QUALIFIED IMMUNITY for there crimes!
What a huge waste of money and resources, this joke of a "trial" should not even be taking place. The judge, police, all of them should be thrown in jail.
This trial shows why judges , prosecutors , cops don't want a trial to be broadcast. It shows how these judges , prosecutors , and cops work in conjunction with each other at trial to make sure they get a guilty verdict no matter the truth.
Yeah, this judge has to keep having recess to coach the city attorney on what he is doing wrong to win this case
Damn straight sir. I celebrate when cops get Ventilated 😅😮😮
Fine line between a lawful application of Justice and a Sadistic application of Justice.
How the judge didn't dismissed with prejudice is beyond me
The way he was able to sidestep that was that the defense argued the municipal violations, instead of relying on a constitutional defense. This case was bungled.
hes on the city payroll
@@duncandogster yeah I don't get that strategy here.
The Entire System is UnAccountable !
Wow, 8 days in court for what the prosecutor calls a "stupid infraction trial" that they know is unconstitutional.
Only about 2 hours per day though, so… about 16 hours. If this tool up the entire day it would have been a 2-3 trial, which is typical.
I’d be pissed if I was Sean seeing these officials laughing like that! Corruption runs Deep!👎🏽
It's amazing how a lawyer can dismantle an officer's accountability. Its even more amazing when Sean, an everyday citizen, can as well.
Dismantle accountability.. 93 people appear to understand - I understand both words but as a phrase I’m flummoxed.
@@squattingbull10 - methinks the confusion comes from a misuse of the word "account", - which should have been used as opposed to the word "accountability" which would have a different meaning. I believe 'Paul Sulivan' means the cop's "version" of events, - not his being held responsible or "accountable" for said events. I hope this makes sense! :)
All these idiots following LIA and posting comments. This loser lost this case and you still are blind to the fact that he is using you. Damn shame.
@@LatinMaximus I am not a fan of what LIA did but it pales in regard to the judicial misconduct (even if that misconduct was a fraction of what my gut tells me) if your comment is genuine, I’m ok with your characterization but I urge you to rethink who is using who.
Amazing! Just subbed. Thanks for what you do from Canada 🇨🇦. We are all losing our rights!
Awesome Journalist, love ❤️ you Sean
I hope the appellate courts not only overturns the trespassing, but they draw attention to this corrupt county to the point that accountability is given!! This judge needs to be fired! Sergeant yucky belly needs fired. Janice needs fired! And Phil needs locked up!
you forgot the city attorney or whatever he calls himself, he has not kept up with any ruleings from scotus or district judges on what is legal and not, he is still in pre camera times before the int put faces and atrocities in the face of the world. he thinks what he does is private ,not any more.
@@ant1704 yes…. Him too! I’m sure there’s more!
EVERY CLERK IN USA IS WATCHING THIS TRIAL. WELL DONE SEAN.🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
On Jan 30 Judge ruled against Sean and let Trespassing charge stick. That’s precedent for others to use against 1st Amendment auditors in CT. Hopefully a higher court overturns this ruling.
Not only clerks, prosecutors, chiefs, anti cops, pro cops, LTs, SGT’s, corporals, heck (unlikely USA Supreme Court members). I can imagine them (with fingers in ears saying “I hear nothing “ (picture Shultz in hogan heroes))
Yea I know he’s about transparency but this limelight might make it harder for him
@@waynepineda2092 There are many others who will step in when and if Sean stops doing what he does best.

Listening to this cop testify with his lies, excuses and word play is making my head scream 😱 This Judge is no better!
That judge had his mind made up, before the first witness was sworn in. For shame!
Has there been a decision yet?

How do you know?

Thanks Sean, cleaning up law enforcement 1 video an lawsuit at a time lol...from what I know they've been weaning out "good cops" since the 60's so you've got a job ahead of you brother...we appreciate you!
Hats off to you Sean, Best wishes come Monday. Let's hope this Judge isn't as dirty as the Danbury Police. Please Don't forget to include any email addresses and phone numbers so we can remind them how bad they all look, and how their actions affect ALL police Nationwide. Please and Thank you for your service, Sean!
Sean I just want to thank you for going through this whole process for "We the people"! I cannot stand the injustice I am seeing that I would not know about without you and your work. I wrote to the Danbury Chief of police because, as a Veteran who fought for these rights, I am disgusted. Me and all of my brothers and sisters in arms putting our life in danger means nothing to these corrupt public servants. This is just Power hungry individuals not wanting their Ego deflated. Ridiculous. Anything I can do to help, I will.
Sr, thanks for your service . Well said !!
He's lucky to have the money to go thru the process! What does 8+ days of civil trial attorneys cost??? 10-15 thousand dollars?? Most ppl DONT have that. And if u think theres gonna be any accountability... well...wishful thinking. But i hope so.
You said it Sir and Thank you for your Service that in spite of these mobsters is a wonderful and honorable thing for you to do. Bless you.
💯👍🏻❤️Sad😪 so very true
I can’t wait for this case to be heard in a higher court. This Judge shouldn’t be sitting on a bench, talk less of hearing a case. What a disgrace of a person.
You mean the like U.S. Supreme Court where the newest jurist doesn't even know what a woman is?
He has an out of control ego and anger management issues. Imagine having him in a felony trial. He is DIRTY. He needs disbarred.
@Bobby T English, do you speak it?
Btw, spoiler: the final ruling upheld the simple trespass, with the public disturbance charge dropped. Let's see how the city deals with the upcoming civil rights lawsuit when all they've got on the guy is that he was trespassed, not even causing a disturbance 😂
Punk ass Judge he keeps opening his big fat mouth for no reason
I don't think you are pushing an infraction trial to the supreme court.
Thank brother Sean. You are GOAT ( greatest of all time)
I don't know what the latest is on this, but you're going to need counsel that has proven success winning in unfriendly jurisdictions like this. There is obviously a concerted effort here on the part of the judge, prosecution and LEO.
Without a doubt!
It's all on video, yet we need 8 days to deliberate it? The cop even said Sean had the right to do what he was doing and that Phil committed a crime, yet charged Sean. This is insane.
👆hit me up...@official_Longislandaudit
I have something for you🎁
Unfortunately, the charge was a disturbance and the lawyer was arguing re right to be there. They barely addressed potential actual disturbance. You need to be succinct in trials.
@@maryl1785 there were two charges yes?
Corrupt
@@maryl1785 I agree.
The dirty cop said he didn’t want to reenact what Phil did to Sean because he “didn’t want to assault him” so that right there is admitting that Phil did indeed assault Sean and the cop knew it all along but covered for Phil and charged Sean instead. Like I said, it broke my heart when Sean was reporting what happened to the cops and giving him his cell to download because it was all an act and they had zero intention of helping him, just plain old screwing with him.
As an aside, I think Sean should have gotten one of those thumb drives that you can plug into your phone so he could have given the cops the video footage that way. Never give the cops your phone, even if it's a burner phone, there's no telling what they might do to it.
The cop coached Phil, then the judge coached the cop. All a disgrace
He coached the clerk as well.
Phil is a moron. The cop just coached him on form and format.
@@Steelhorsecowboy I’m actually wondering if he may have mental issues just because of his lack of writing down what happened. My daughter suffered from seizures for about 8 years. They found a lesion in the right front lobe, which is where processing and emotions come from.
Yep it's a clown show 🤡
And the cop said he likes to coach people, then Sean’s lawyer quickly asked him if he likes to coach people and the prosecutor objects. Oops. Cop made a mistake
These type of Case's need to be done outside of the City's Jurisdiction, so much favoritism it makes me sick, it would be impossible to win any case under those conditions.
This is proof we have lost our Country.
Sean I think the judge gave you a great advantage to appeal his decision. There was no public disturbance, therefore how could you be charged with trespass in a public space absent of a crime. I can't wait for the appeal and the civil lawsuit to begin. This city is overrun with corruption and I just want to thank you for having the courage to continue this great fight for our rights. WE THE PEOPLE, FOREVER!!!
And they never asked him to leave before arresting him.
Trespassing an individual from public property must serve a legitimate governmental interest.
Such as the whether the exercise of free speach disrupts the normal operations of the public building.
Or whether the exercise creates a legitimate security concern.
The judge made a big mistake
Hopefully the appeal court isnt aa corrupt
Excellent point,no crime no trespassing. This judge is crooked as a dogs hind leg!!
@@geo-george2639 Actually he was askied to leave several times. It doesn't have to be the police to ask him to leave. It only has to be someone in charge of the building or tenant agency.

Its actually a good thing if he rules to convict because that opens up an appeal in front of another judge and can really expose a lot of corruption.
