I will be releasing each day of my trial at 5:00PM EST Starting 1/30 and ending on 2/8

Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, almost two years ago I traveled to Danbury, Ct. to peacefully exercise my 1st Amendment Rights. Instead of respecting my rights the Danbury Police Department violated my them by trespassing me from the public library and forcing me to identify myself under threat of arrest. This is also the day Officer Ken Utter stated that 20 years ago I would have been dead with my teeth missing, that he would have done it himself. Ken Utter is still a Danbury Police Officer. Let that sink in.
After this ordeal, I went to visit the city hall to peacefully exercise my rights. When I arrived I was confronted by Phil Genussa, a tyrant security guard. Phil assaulted me and threatened me. I told the Danbury Police I wanted to press charges and instead of arrested Phil I was arrested. I was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Originally I was charged with four misdemeanors & two infractions. Eventually all the misdemeanors were dropped by the State’s Attorney. Which I believe was done in order to deny me my right to a trial by a jury of my peers…the People. I now stand accused of Creating A Public Disturbance & Simple Trespass Infractions which carry a maximum fine of $90 each.

*Crimes that have actually been committed so far:*
18 U.S. Code § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law (numerous police officers)
18 U.S. Code § 241 Conspiracy against rights (mayor, numerous police officers, city attorney, prosecutor, apparently the judge)
False arrest (includes resulting assault and kidnapping, plus an enhancement due to the suspect being armed)
    Malicious prosecution
    Assault (security guard)
    False imprisonment (security guard)
    Perjury (city clerk)
Blocking public access (city clerk, city attorney, security guard, and whoever locked the door to the tax office)
Disturbing the peace (security guard, city clerk, city attorney, librarian, police officers)
Terrorist threat (or whatever it's called in Connecticut when you threaten to murder someone) (Officer Utter)
Tampering with evidence/altering a public record (bodycam audio) (unknown police personnel)
Aiding and abetting (police officer coaching a criminal suspect to help him avoid prosecution)
Hate crime (officer who used a slur against Sean) *Imaginary crime used by the government to suppress free speech, but if the government wants to punish citizens for committing "hate crimes," they should be held responsible as well.
    *Violations of oath of office:*
    Mayor
    Numerous police officers
    City attorney
    City clerk
    Judge
    Prosecutor
    *Civil violation:*
42 U.S. Code § 1983 Civil action for deprivation of rights
Also, the police chief and command staff have a legal duty to properly supervise and investigate wrongdoing in the department. They are clearly facilitating and encouraging a culture of corruption and violent hostility toward the public. Same for the mayor.
Dishonorable mention: Officer Tibbitts for being so incredibly immature, even for a police officer.
    Did I miss anything?
The only person involved in this mess who hasn't committed a crime or an ethics violation is Sean.

I went through the Sean-Paul speech... Constitutionally protected activity and such. The guard went in back offices. The office director came out and told me I could not record. Same Sean-Paul speech. Instead of it being a problem the director took me ahead of the other 6 people in line, took care of my needs, went out of his way to make copies of my papers for me. Treated me very nice. On the way out he did show me the six (not one) notices posted on a bulletin board behind glass, stating cameras and recording were prohibited. The bottom line....
