"Added a 6th slot to the Map Device. The 5th Map Device slot is now unlocked by completing either Maven's Invitation: The Atlas, or by completing a non-Valdo's Tier 17 Map. The 6th slot is unlocked when you complete the other encounter."
@Tom_Rose maybe, but my expertise isn't necessarily with creating builds. I think others do a much better job at that. I will make starter strategies, for example for the atlas passive tree. Working on that now
I'm bummed about the removal of the Rogue Exile Unique farming strat (even though it didn't yield me a Dreamfeather or Beltimber Blade for my Splitting Steel Champ after many hours), and even more about the nerf to Champion. But overall I'm very excited to play SSF this league - tons of new things to try out. Looking forward to more SSF-centered videos from you!
honestly i think its still gonna be worth it if you really want to do it. there is still quant on maps and you can boost your rarity on gear if you really want
I've been pogging since I watched it yesterday. Im so excited about all the tree and mechanic changes.. less about the league but still i think that's gonna be nuts for SSF
I'm really glad with the melee changes i had to quit the game because despite enjoying it a lot i'm mainly a melee player and i tried to make it work but it just didn't and forcing myself to go ranger or magic was killing huge part of the fun for me
Melee looks like it is busted right. We'll see. If a content creator I trust puts out a good melee bleed build, I'm probably onboard. Preferably retaliation
@@Thyworm i still can't decide what i will go for, bleed seems to be very cool with the new gladiator rework also the new retaliation skills seems very fun and the new warden elemental melee could be cool ! i will be waiting for PoB to get updated and see if i can make a decision on what i will enjoy more
I'm looking forward to trying out the changes to unique farming strategies. It looks like Essences affect IIQ/IIR now. Stacking essences on a boss while using the new reliquary scarabs could be interesting. I don't think we will have Volcano on the atlas again though. So I'm not sure what boss this strategy would be easy on.
The difference is that the price isn't fixed, like it is with vendors. I agree though, it would be nice, but probably technically very different to implement for just SSF. I'd love the system however to simply inherit the trade prices and let us exchange based on those.
Never finished any league or the main campaign of PoE, only got to act 2 and couldn't complete it. But man...CITY BUILDING?! I AM SO IN I WANT IT SO BAD.
there's a big learning curve, i suggest following a guide for a build that doesnt require any uniques if you're playing SSF otherwise just pick something with a playstyle you like and keep to it until you make it.. game honestly doesn't really start until you hit lvl 85 in maps
I agree, follow a build guide. But the game definitely start before level 85. I think especially with the evolving city, it should be a lot of fun. More progress, it is always better.
@@Thyworm I'm just saying the core gameplay loop starts at map. Endgame is the core of the game. Your build doesn't start to really shine until later, and the campaign, while I enjoy it, is just a small chapter in the whole of the game(unlike it's inspiration d2)

Imo. We should be able to use currency exchange. It's not trading that's any different than at a vendor

It is ruetoos inquisitor CoC DD, but it got nerfed pretty hard.
