    Quick question please, the immigration came to my sister house without any notice or interview to inspect her house but her husband was not at home and they took the pictures of the house. After 2 weeks she received a Call In letter form G-56 for them to appear in a week at there office what did you advise her to do sir?

      I cannot advise in such a situation. There is too much unknown. However, the situation sounds pretty serious. You should seek a local attorney to help you.

      Long delays are normal nowadays. The immigration system needs some serious reforms. But many members of Congress seem to care less.

    Hi I have this question. My current spouse and I were good friends before we became lovers meaning I know him way back in the days
    Can I tell USCIS that I they ask how we met?

    • @BataraImmigrationLaw
      @BataraImmigrationLaw  Год назад

      It would seem okay. But the fact that you're asking such a question seems to imply there is more to the story. And if that something else is negative, I suggest you reach out to a local lawyer.

      @@BataraImmigrationLaw There is nothing else to the story our relationship is very truthful. Just that we were causal friends before we became romantic. Thanks for replying.

      @@Thebluediamoundvision831 A potential issue is if one of you is a US citizen, the other came to the US on a non-immigrant visa (especially B1/B2) and you then got married. Prior knowledge of each other may lead to suggestions that the "non-immigrant" trip was fraud and that the intention all along was to marry. The fact that you were just casual friends before may not be taken at face value. I would also suggest checking with a local lawyer if there is any concern and if this is the fact pattern....
