Luke 10:27 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” @adam I think we are supposed to use all our mind, but not only our mind.
i find it an ironic twist how christians praise men who obsess with human reason but does the Holy Spirit say in Proverbs3 about men who lean on their own understanding?
Well, do any of these men appear to be appealing to their own reasoning and falling on their OWN understanding? These are pastors / theologians... their lives are surrounded with the scriptures day in and day out. Their thoughts and opinions are based on *what they learned in the Bible*. :)
