This show is amazing coming from someone who lives in a split rez town, being close to Winnebago, NE, it's not too difficult to get into the suspension of disbelief watching it.

Such an awesome show. I grew up seeing old westerns that my Dad watched, and there was something about the same cookie-cutter depiction of Native Americans that was mindlessly repetitive. Most of the Indian characters weren’t even Native American actors. “This woman looks Italian.” I didn’t always understand that fact as a little kid, so it’s like being sold a completely false depiction and narrative. This show is so cool and insightful. It’s definitely long overdue. Keep telling your stories from your authentic perspective, and we fans will keep watching!
Those three are amazing. The whole cast is amazing. But there is something about Lane and the character he plays, he's the best. I can't even explain it, but ever scene he is in, or every interview he's done I get a little emotional.

My ndn family said they bring news. but I cant lie I turned a corner like 11am and a giant white owl was just standing there like I was wrong...why was he even awake at almost lunch. lol but they're sacred because they keep their eyes open n awake during creation.
