That is the plan. This one will be box stock and since it's got a modern engine, there's no spark plug wires. It'll be my first Lindberg kit and I have another one, the 66 Chevelle that's waiting for me.
Thank you for stopping by and sharing your experience with the series 1. So far the '37 has been a nice kit. It's my first Lindbergh kit and I like it. Also have the '66 Chevelle.
Thanks man! The '37 is such a cool kit, I absolutely love that body style. The Series 1 Shelby was one of the first kits I got when I got back into model building. I started working on it then it got boxed. Now it's time to al least finish it.
Thank you Paul. I'm hoping that red works out. I think I'll have to manage how many projects I put on Model Cars and Coffee without distracting from my own update videos. Great idea!
That's what I'm hoping. It's a pretty neat red and this will be the first kit I'm using it on. The Shelby is an old project that got put back in the box, it's time to finish it. I may use it as a test for wet sanding and polishing,
Nice update Larry
Thank you. I need to do a completion video on it now.

Thanks 👍, now the hard part, for me at least, the main paint job.

Yeah, this was a car I got from an online site and I got it cheap as it didn't have any wheels/tires or decals. It's actually a nice kit.
The ‘37 is going to be sweet! The Series 1 is a quick build and it has a pretty cool engine and chassis, should be fun 👍
