Hi everyone, Today I made a delicious no-bake caramel cheesecake, it is so delicious!
The crust is made with salted peanuts and caramel, The crust is salty, crunchy and so delicious!

If you do not stir sugar while caramelizing it, you won't get any lumps.

I follow the same instructions. The cream cheese came out was doubled the size of my cake base. Left wasted. And it just unbelievable amount of sugar in the receipt !! I already put 100gram less of sugar. Came out over sweet.
