Really succinct no BS review with great advice especially swapping out the included lav and monitoring option

I would look into the Sennheiser lav’s that come with the G series packs they are descent and more affordable.

I was told by tentacle that the next version of the firmware will allow the Track E to be a timecode generator for other devices! If so I'm all over it.

      That would be awesome

This would mean that I need to plug the track E directly to my camera no? So as a person that only has 1 track e this would help me sync in post right? Because I need to have the track E in my back pocket no?

Yes it's recommended to keep the timecode box plugged into the camera the entire time to avoid drift.

No problem at all. For the price it's definitely worth it!

Could you record audio straight from a dj mixer/board with maybe a 1/4inch trs to the 35mm on track e?
