How to Replace the battery on an original Tentacle Sync

Today I'll replace the battery in an original tentacle sync timecode generator unit. I'll use the kit sent to me by Tentacle Sync and all the tools included in the package. Note that this is not the Tentacle Sync E.

Very helpful video, thanks! How did you first notice your Tentacle box battery was working less than optimal? One of mine seems to not reach full charge & continues blinking on the charger. Perhaps a sign I need a new battery soon?
