As a double major in Nutrition and economics. I empathize with your frustration. Additionally I hope the US government overrules this ridiculous bill if Governor DeSantis signs it. It is a threat to greater economic growth around the country.

DeSantis was a joke since his attempts to ban abortion, block African American history, and his "Don't Say Gay" bill. Dude is delusional. I have a bunch of reasons to leave Florida and DeSantis is one of them. Imagine going to jail with violent criminals for some alt meat.

Governor Desantis only has control to ban cultivated meat in Florida, one state, outta fifty. Perhaps that is what his constituents are demanding of him. Unlike HALF of the other politicians, he understands what it means to be elected to office, and, like his constituents, despises the unnecessary Over Reach of the Federal Government at the State Level. Do you know how many chemicals, modified ingredients, after genetics, an artificial substances go into "meat" animals? Are you not concerned at all with antibiotic resistance? Zootonic diseases? Manure cesspools and E coli? Are we that desperate to force our ideology on others that we make a food choice illegal?
