DeSantis was a joke since his attempts to ban abortion, block African American history, and his "Don't Say Gay" bill. Dude is delusional. I have a bunch of reasons to leave Florida and DeSantis is one of them. Imagine going to jail with violent criminals for some alt meat.

Governor Desantis only has control to ban cultivated meat in Florida, one state, outta fifty. Perhaps that is what his constituents are demanding of him. Unlike HALF of the other politicians, he understands what it means to be elected to office, and, like his constituents, despises the unnecessary Over Reach of the Federal Government at the State Level. He is doing his JOB!
Vegetarian for 40 years here.. Here in Florida.. Seems like they dystopian future to me. Are they going to force feed meat? Do you know how many chemicals, modified ingredients, after genetics, an artificial substances go into "meat" animals? Are you not concerned at all with antibiotic resistance? Zootonic diseases? Manure cesspools and E coli? Are we that desperate to force our ideology on others that we make a food choice illegal?
@@catlover1049 phew! that's good to know! I've had many reactions to foods that I didn't before, now that the FDA lifted law on listing ALL ingredients. I'm not food allergic. I can still eat them. I'm lab-allergic. Such as allopathic medicine (vs homeopathic medicine). The eye opener was when I went to Europe. I could eat EVERYTHING there that I'm allergic to here in the states. Sadly, I could feel all my allergies return when I came back to states. Enjoy the lab meat when it gets here! Lol
