The first clip reminds me of a scenario I read about if Fives did manage to warn other clones about the conspiracy, but only few believed or cared.
The scenario had clones like Rex, Jesse, the Bad Batch, Boil, Wolffe, and Bly removing their chips. But Appo, Fox, Cody, and a majority of nameless clones keep their chips.
Order 66 still happened, but not at the same capacity as canon with more clones willingly siding with the jedi.
