I feel like the DR seasons 2 should be rated separately because Part 1 was so good equal to the best Ninjago, but part 2 is kinda mid it just moves way to fast it should have been longer and could have expanded much more on lore and different elemental power

@@Ninjagos4 it’s a little nostalgia I’ll admit. But the plot for s4 was better. DRs2 tried to make everything a mystery and it was a little predictable if you know how these types of stories work. Plus the tournament didn’t feel right. Also you can’t compare animation because there’s a 10 year technological difference.

My opinion honestly 1: Hunter: perfect season. Can’t go wrong with it 2: Dragons rising season 2: I love the season. Although people don’t like part 2, I don’t have a problem with it 3: dragons rising season 1: best beginning episode of all time, and they really took their time making it 4: tournament of elements: the OG tournament always has to be near the top. 5: Rise of the serpentine: nostalgia hits hard, but even without nostalgia, the season is still great with great humor 6: Skybound: most people hate it, but I love it because it gave jay the development he needed. Only problem is that sometimes the logic runs away 7: Master of the Mountain: wonderful season. They gave Cole a good focus through the season and gave Lily more depth 8: Possession: overrated season, but I still like it because of how Kai carries the team even though they didn’t think he could 9: Secrets of forbidden spinjutzu: I never get the hate this season gets. Sure, part 1 is sloppy, but part 2 is really good for me. Overhated season for sure 10: March of the Oni: Although the season was short, it did give us what the oni would be like if there was an army of them. And the ending was pretty sweet. 11: Rebooted: I enjoyed the depth Zane got for the season, and this is the time when bringing back the overlord made sense. I would put it higher if the cringe scenes were deleted. 12: Sons of Garmadon: this season is alright. The quiet one had literally no appearance in the season until the end, and the season was very slow. But the ending was absolutely fire 13: legacy of the green ninja: nostalgia doesn’t work when this season was so boring in the first half of it. Liked the ending, but overall, a mid season 13: Seabound: possibly the most overrated season of all time. The season is so boring 3/4 of the time, I almost fell asleep watching it. Very overrated honestly 14: Hands of time: the season is so boring, but the concept of time was really fun. Also the flashbacks are really fun to watch 15: the island: very short. I found more interest in the island than the rest of the season, but it being only 40 minutes drags the whole season down 16: prime empire: this season is so rushed it’s absurd. The whole concept was alright but the season was executed horribly. It’s supposed to be a jay focus but they failed to show it. 17: day of the departed: very boring, rushed, and uninteresting. However, it did give the satisfaction of Cole’s ghostly body disappearing 18: crystalized: by far the worst season, and it’s not even close. Part 1 was fine, but part 2 destroys the season entirely. If you told me to name every flaw, I would be naming all of part two and even a bit in part 1. My opinion suck it up 😡

Skybound is the best season As a Jaya fan finally seeing the climax of jay and nyas romance from the buildup from 6 seasons is so amazingly done and the visuals in this season are also gorgeous I love the sunset orange shades, also I love the ending it makes the season even cuter imo.

I wouldn’t put the Ice Chapter as my #1 (or S or A tier(s)), but it’s definitely one I re-watch for fun or in the background often. On the other hand, I never want to watch the Fire Chapter again. XD

I can kinda agree with this list, I haven't seen season 2 part two of dragons rising yet since it's not on netflix and I'm waiting for that so I can watch it with my little brother, but it sounds good even with it's flaws❤ can't wait to watch it
I enjoyed it more than part 1 although both are extremely amazing But the pacing in part 2 is better Part 1 had some very useless scenes and episodes But they are both extremely amazing
Season 1 is by far the best season for a multitude of reasons, season 8 second. Each ninja got equal focus, each episode felt like an individual episode whilst contributing to the story and not one part of a long season wide story and so much more. Crystallized is not only the worst piece of Ninjago I’ve seen but the worst season I’ve seen of anything, it is horrible, the writers did not care at all. For example Harami was atrocious, why did she switch sides, they bought her back for no reason and even put Python on the same side as her. Seriously? Opinions are opinions but Crystallised is objectively garbage and season 1 is leagues better.
@@daxmoney5011 if I’m being honest, Sons of Garmadon, it’s just so good. It tried something new, a dark gritty tone, and it freaking works! The plot twists, characters, feelings of hopelessness towards the end. Everything, awesome. S4 is really awesome tho, easily Top 3. Freaking love that season, but SoG is just better to me.

9:29 why!?!!?? My man, I love Dareth, but yeah, he was kinda too focussed on. But what!?! Season 9 is one of my favourite seasons. How can you like this less than season 10. (Love the content btw)
Posession is my top 1 bro that season has the best villian, after season 4 that gave us many caracters it was god to have the 4 original ninjas as a group, the story of Morro is amazing, it has a great start, and the episodes in the midle of the season are unreal like the temple of airjitzu when cole turns into a ghost, the montain one when the ninjas climb the montain the get to the cloud kingdom, the cloud kingdom episode when Kai had an amazing fight against Morro, the episode that Ronan stole the sword, gave it to Morro and Morro posessed him giving a fake spot of the first master of spinjitsu grave (the ending scene of this episode is crazy) and then THE BEST EPISODE OF LEGO NINJAGO the episode in wich the 4 original ninjas went to the first master of spinjitsu grave and saw themselfs in the future. It was the best times of my childhood (season 5 extremly nostalgic) not to mention that i got terrified by Morro after that ending scene of season 4 the second best season of ninjago. Those are the best seasons because they gave the spotlights to Kai and still developed the other caracters

For me, the biggest issue with hunted is that it established “The Resistance” It was great in Hunted and Crystalized, but then they just had to shoehorn it into SOTFS and DRS1 for literally no reason

If you get offended I don’t care, old ninjago was peak and I will die on that hill. 🥹 I should probably rewatch Dragon’s Rising though, I literally couldn’t even get through it fully but I will probably like it more if I watch it again. But the 11 minute episodes were completely mid and un-enjoyable.

Harumi IS one of my favorite Characters and she is written Like a random villain Same as the Most Other council members. My opinion honestly
1: Hunter: perfect season. Can’t go wrong with it
2: Dragons rising season 2: I love the season. Although people don’t like part 2, I don’t have a problem with it
3: dragons rising season 1: best beginning episode of all time, and they really took their time making it
4: tournament of elements: the OG tournament always has to be near the top.
5: Rise of the serpentine: nostalgia hits hard, but even without nostalgia, the season is still great with great humor
6: Skybound: most people hate it, but I love it because it gave jay the development he needed. Only problem is that sometimes the logic runs away
7: Master of the Mountain: wonderful season. They gave Cole a good focus through the season and gave Lily more depth
8: Possession: overrated season, but I still like it because of how Kai carries the team even though they didn’t think he could
9: Secrets of forbidden spinjutzu: I never get the hate this season gets. Sure, part 1 is sloppy, but part 2 is really good for me. Overhated season for sure
10: March of the Oni: Although the season was short, it did give us what the oni would be like if there was an army of them. And the ending was pretty sweet.
11: Rebooted: I enjoyed the depth Zane got for the season, and this is the time when bringing back the overlord made sense. I would put it higher if the cringe scenes were deleted.
12: Sons of Garmadon: this season is alright. The quiet one had literally no appearance in the season until the end, and the season was very slow. But the ending was absolutely fire
13: legacy of the green ninja: nostalgia doesn’t work when this season was so boring in the first half of it. Liked the ending, but overall, a mid season
13: Seabound: possibly the most overrated season of all time. The season is so boring 3/4 of the time, I almost fell asleep watching it. Very overrated honestly
14: Hands of time: the season is so boring, but the concept of time was really fun. Also the flashbacks are really fun to watch
15: the island: very short. I found more interest in the island than the rest of the season, but it being only 40 minutes drags the whole season down
16: prime empire: this season is so rushed it’s absurd. The whole concept was alright but the season was executed horribly. It’s supposed to be a jay focus but they failed to show it.
17: day of the departed: very boring, rushed, and uninteresting. However, it did give the satisfaction of Cole’s ghostly body disappearing
18: crystalized: by far the worst season, and it’s not even close. Part 1 was fine, but part 2 destroys the season entirely. If you told me to name every flaw, I would be naming all of part two and even a bit in part 1.

Skybound is the best season
As a Jaya fan finally seeing the climax of jay and nyas romance from the buildup from 6 seasons is so amazingly done and the visuals in this season are also gorgeous I love the sunset orange shades, also I love the ending it makes the season even cuter imo.
Its not my favorite but I really loved that season too. Jay was done so well.

I wouldn’t put the Ice Chapter as my #1 (or S or A tier(s)), but it’s definitely one I re-watch for fun or in the background often. On the other hand, I never want to watch the Fire Chapter again. XD

Season 1 is by far the best season for a multitude of reasons, season 8 second. Each ninja got equal focus, each episode felt like an individual episode whilst contributing to the story and not one part of a long season wide story and so much more. Crystallized is not only the worst piece of Ninjago I’ve seen but the worst season I’ve seen of anything, it is horrible, the writers did not care at all. For example Harami was atrocious, why did she switch sides, they bought her back for no reason and even put Python on the same side as her. Seriously? Opinions are opinions but Crystallised is objectively garbage and season 1 is leagues better.
How is Hunted below too?

@@daxmoney5011 if I’m being honest, Sons of Garmadon, it’s just so good. It tried something new, a dark gritty tone, and it freaking works! The plot twists, characters, feelings of hopelessness towards the end. Everything, awesome. S4 is really awesome tho, easily Top 3. Freaking love that season, but SoG is just better to me.

Posession is my top 1 bro that season has the best villian, after season 4 that gave us many caracters it was god to have the 4 original ninjas as a group, the story of Morro is amazing, it has a great start, and the episodes in the midle of the season are unreal like the temple of airjitzu when cole turns into a ghost, the montain one when the ninjas climb the montain the get to the cloud kingdom, the cloud kingdom episode when Kai had an amazing fight against Morro, the episode that Ronan stole the sword, gave it to Morro and Morro posessed him giving a fake spot of the first master of spinjitsu grave (the ending scene of this episode is crazy) and then THE BEST EPISODE OF LEGO NINJAGO the episode in wich the 4 original ninjas went to the first master of spinjitsu grave and saw themselfs in the future. It was the best times of my childhood (season 5 extremly nostalgic) not to mention that i got terrified by Morro after that ending scene of season 4 the second best season of ninjago. Those are the best seasons because they gave the spotlights to Kai and still developed the other caracters

For me, the biggest issue with hunted is that it established “The Resistance”
It was great in Hunted and Crystalized, but then they just had to shoehorn it into SOTFS and DRS1 for literally no reason
The low Seabound ranking is a W but then it’s followed up by a low S1 ranking which is an L cuz that season is peak

Sorry, this is probably a very unpopular opinion as I didn’t really like Dragon’s Rising at all. If you get offended I don’t care, old ninjago was peak and I will die on that hill. 🥹 I should probably rewatch Dragon’s Rising though, I literally couldn’t even get through it fully but I will probably like it more if I watch it again. But the 11 minute episodes were completely mid and un-enjoyable.
I personally don’t mind the redesigns of the ninja because before I even watched the first episode of Ninjago my cousins were already into it and one day they were like we’re gonna watch Ninjago and my cousin forced me to watch it with them and I really liked it so I went home and watched it on my own and I started from season one and I was so confused about why they looked different from how they are in crystallized because that’s where my cousins were at the point And I personally like the redesign better because I just know them more than I know the original designs and I think that looks a lot better now because he looks exactly like his redesign, he looked nothing like me except for the brown hair

Harumi IS one of my favorite Characters and she is written Like a random villain Same as the Most Other council members. But my biggest Problem ist the Overlord who Always was an incredible villain (in my opinion the best) He isn't cool anymore, asphera IS an more intresting villain then this Version of the overlord
