Gun seized as cops chase gunmen traveling on motorcycles in St Andrew

team of officers from the St Andrew North Police Division seized a firearm and several rounds of ammunition while on patrol in Halls Green District, Temple Hall in St. Andrew, on Friday, October 4.
Reports are that at about 11:50 pm, lawmen observed two motorcycles speeding along the roadway. It is reported that the drivers were signaled to stop. However, they turned and tried to evade the police before crashing into a wall. The occupants then fled the scene.
The lawmen then searched the area and found a Hi-Point Model pistol with two 380mm rounds of ammunition inside. No one was arrested in relation to this seizure.
