How would you compare that one to the Keene mini max? I wish my mini max had the hopper with the spray bar instead of the one it's got because there is one but they cost a lot. I just want to know what you think about them?💚💛❤️
For me the big issue is packing it in. The mini max has too much stuff, you can't tie it to a backpack and go through the brush.

Absolutely sell the items you like. We love your videos. And you're not a used car salesman. I'm a beginner and you and Jeff inspire me to get out and look for gold.
The way I look at it is the people on here are going to ask about buying them anyway, so you might as well have some advantage with a link to buy the highbanker from you. And, keeping it simple and not having to mess with huge shipping boxes will be to your advantage. I say go for it. Your channel has always been unique in that you don't hawk stuff, nor beg for money as most other channels do. I truly appreciate it.

On the river in a t-shirt in December/January makes a really good day whether prospecting, enjoying nature, or fishing.
My mind tells me to use a foot valve on the trash pump too, just for longevity purposes. 🤔✌️😎
Same here, don't like the pump running and no water coming out, just doesn't feel right.

That’s a good little high banker. Over the years I have used both major brands, of all sizes, and Proline has always been my first choice.
Might be handy as a dredge when, as i have seen many times in your videos, your hole fills with water.
I’m seeing a lot of high bankers for sale lately, but they still look to be illegal to use in California. I’m scratching my head, here…
If I run into a setup where my hose can kink I use rocks, sticks or whatever to create a support to form a more gradual curve to prevent kinking. And yes it does take some extra time to do so but saves gas when running because the flow isn’t choked off
Do you think you could run a yard a day through it if you had it stockpiled?

great video, you put a lot of effort into that, one thing to mention though negligible with the smaller motors is fuel economy. The HP100 pump will allow you to run the Honda engine at almost idle saving gas.
Good point, I fill the tank and take a 16 oz bottle of gas and have never run out!

Hey there buddy was talking to Jeff would like to have you guys up here in canada with me if you guys can....we can do some good highbanking and detecting.
I bought a Goldhog mini highbanker and its a little beast. I am able to shovel nonstop into it and can really move alot of material. I don't have a pump yet. Up to now i been going to a gold mine here in NC that brings a backhoe bucket of material. Im looking at a Honda water pump and go to convert the highbanker in a suction dredge.
I'm never going to buy a highbanker because of where i live ,but a very interesting clip . Thank you.
thanks for the info gary, ya know i have always wanted a highbanker.i think they work quite well for the money. i think a special muffler on it and it could be very quiet.
Honda beats out all others for fuel efficiency, my Keene 6 inch with twin 9 hp and my Keene 4 inch with 6 hp but it’s china / Honda doesn’t run sinse new
You think that 20 foot layer lat is a bear, you should try runnin two hundred foot of wildland fire fighting hose. Yes I've used the stuff for fires and to run my banker and its not fun either way.

Is it legal to use the highbanker in California? Law says "no mechanical". I would love to be able to use one of these if it's legal in California.

Any of the dredging/ highbanking laws changed gary? I keep hearing all the guys are reclamation dredging up north and doing it without issue..do u have any insight on this?? unfortunately, the mariposa fish and game officers confiscated and charge you. So again, not as a hater...but are these legal? (For your california viewers) i dont want to answer for you since im not up to date on the laws and its not my video...lets keep the viwers safe from the leo Gary...sad state of affairs but believe itornot some states are WORSE these days.
