    With the new year starting, having the right productivity lifehacks can be crucial to following through with your resolution.
    There's 3 fundamental exercises which I like to use in my everyday to maintain focus and productivity, which are vital components for me to be able to get done what I need to do.
    Hopefully, this can help somebody else like how it has helped me in the past! Happy new years and wishing your 2022 full of success whether that's with investing, stocks, or any new business you're planning on starting!

    Thank you so much for this well made video, keep up the great work Jesse. Doing God’s work out here brother. If you’ve got any more tips on quitting weed I’d be glad to tune in as I’m 6 days sober after 8 years of daily weed smoke. It’s all mind over matter though struggles pop up with the highs & the lows.       Idk why I didn't get notification for this message! That's awesome to hear, the best advice I can give you is to understand you cannot fight your brain with your brain. You're not really in control. But if you can muster up 5 minutes of assertive action and change your environment to eliminate the root of the bad habit, you'll see massive change. It's all about changing your environment to create the conditions needed for you to easily quit!

      I had a baby, son is special needs as he has delayed development plus working full time. RUclips doesn't pay me and I felt I covered this topic thoroughly. Have 20 videos about quitting, if I make videos again it would be self improvement on broader scale

      Hello@@BetterYouNow just watched some of your videos about weed smoking/giving up, and wanted to know for how long did you got your vivid dreams to come to some kind of normal and is there such a thing at all? I was a heavy smoker for about 15 or so years and now I've gave up smoking (3 weeks atm), but my dreams and night sweats are killing me. After such a time there's no way I'm back to smoking again, but any advice would be highly appreciated too. Thank you!
