    This was interesting I have only had a maraschino cherry in a cocktail. Never thought about how they were made. I have a load of cherries to use up. I made jam and now I think I will try this recipe of yours thanks.

    could you water bath ? Pressure cooker scares bejeezes out of me ! lol

      Anything can be water bathed! Many countries mainly waterbath and many families (even in the USA) only water bath! Usually you double the time but that's not always the best way to decide on how much time, just google "water bath marashchino cherries" if that doesnt come up with anything, try "water bath cherries"
