    I do this with my students in yoga class. We use the foam roller to support and explore all sorts of yoga poses.

    This is great! I do some of these already to get me through times that i have muscle issues or a slight tweak and it’s in between my routine chiro visit. I can now use this video to guide me through what to do or not to do. Thank you! Foam rolling has really helped me a lot

    Hello DR Rowe. I'm so glad I found you on RUclips. You're techniques are exactly what I've been looking for. Are the exercises using the foam roller safe to do everyday or just for when I think I need them? Wish I lived in your area. I'm occasionally using a Chiropractor who specializes in Orthospinology. Wondering what your thoughts are on this technique. Seems to help some, but it rarely varies as far as adjustments go. I am a 73 year old male with arthritis in my knees. I do walking on a treadmill daily. 3.5 MPH for 40 minutes, Do you have a video or any suggestions for any other relief techniques for this. Again, so glad I found you. I'll be delving deeper into your videos in the future. Thanks for putting this valuable info out there for us.

      Focus on spine neutral/straight exercises that limit flexion and extension. Good choices are the pelvic bridge, bird dog, and the dead-bug. Hope this helps!

    Hey sir. I have been wachting a lot of your videos this year. I’m in search for help about kyphosis.. I’m really struggling. Some of your stretches have been effective, but I’m looking for more specific stretches for kyphosis . Would you able to post some videos in the future? or give some advice kind regards 🙏🏽

    What could you advise to do for tendonosis from handmilking a goat? I damaged my hands, mainly tops of my hands, but also wrists and insides..i did it over pain for 4+ months, evening and morning...that was summer and fall 2022. Spring 2023 i worsened the already persisting pain by crazy amount of hard work putting up fencing and gardening landscaping and handeling animals. Since then I really suffer with decreased mobility, constant dull ache, and increased pain when I use my hands for anything.I am a 30year old mother of 3, homemaker, baker, writer...I love working with my hands in all sorts of creative ways, play piano...it's hard to have hope and very hard to find good information. All tendonosis videos are about other tendons like Achilles, and for me it's many small tendons.

    How about middle back. I've been rolling from the upper back through to the base of the middle back (as pain in the middle back). Sounds like this is not what to do !

    The sub titles are blocking your body can they be placed at the top

      You can disable subtiles : "cc" icon top right
