if you cant past destroyer i wont suggest you pick her. yes you might win some using raiden at low level but you wont learn the basic. to fully utilize her you have to master all the essential like kbd. wave dash electrics. she is fucking useless for a beginner. but if you are serious its good to use her so you have to force to learn the basic.

If you enjoy playing her and like her style, she’s the character for you. You can only get better if you continue to practice and lose, that’s the best way to learn.
For the combo at 2:35 You can actually do b4, ff3+4, EWGF, df2, df1, f2,3, Sentai 1, d,df,f2 for 75 damage It’s tough… But a little bit goes a long way… Thanks for the optimal stuff. 😎
8:27 just frame 2,1 is so confusing. Sometimes it executes and the input history clearly shows the input was 2, 1+2, 1 and sometimes it fails even if I perfectly input 2, 1 with 1 frame gap
The electric is not tied to the Input per say but the animation, on some moves like 1+4 you can hold DF and wait until you see the electric lighting of her feet and then input 2 and it still works.
@ I don’t think it’s tied to animation, as long as the input is correct she will do the move. 2, 1 blue spark seems to require input to be completed within 2 frames as in 2 then 1 without any neutral frame between
@@Tsang-st5gr not from my experience, just look at the 1+4 into df 2, you can make correct input anytime but it has a delay until the df can start hence the electric will never come out unless it aligns with the animation. Test it your self. You're just not noticing this because the df2 usually is not blocked by other things.

Always pay attention to the notes at bottom. there always a trick explained that can be useful in all combos. sentai 1+2 has tendency to whiff on smaller characters like lee, leroy, xiaoyu, reina etc. and in heat dash combos, that's where you use sentai 2 routes for a little less damage.

these are stances, you can enter sentai manually by pressing forward 3, she will spin, you can enter heavens wrath manually by pressing down 1+2, however most of the time you enter these stances through attack strings, 1,1,2 on hit goes into sentai, forward 2,3 goes into sentai, forward forward 2 goes into sentai, while in sentai 1+2 goes into heavens wrath, but you can't really change from one stance into another unless an attack from that stance leads into the other stance
@@UngaVonBunga it's literally mentioned in the video to use sentai 2 instead of sentai 1+2 on small characters. The only problem is that I didn't mention it frequently enough i think.

I find it so funny how reina has no hard combos as all like out of all the combo guides ive done on characters she by far has the easiest she also easy to play which is funny as time has gone on i used to think she was one of if not hardest character to learn in the game but playing has her just completely changed that. Also this character is so strong the riden nerf was not enough.
Reina combos are easy, but to pilot her effectively no, she is very much not easy she doesn’t have easy panic buttons to rely on I’m almost tekken god with her right now everyone knows how to deal with her, she has clear flaws you can power crush all her options on reaction long as it isn’t 3+4 sentai or the grab you win, you can pook her bf ff2, there’s a lot of things you can do to make Reina game plan of stance mix up trivial to be a good Reina player you have to be very creative like jeondding he’s great but against that law he pretty much had to switch characters she just demands too much for you to play her for how much risk you taking and the output you have to be at to pilot her effectively Reina has crazy movement cancels and a lot of things people aren’t using yet fully because well she’s new I don’t particularly care if my care is easy or had but I do think she is easy to pilot at first but you hit a big brick wall with her eventually and your lack of ch tools and strings and ect won’t be able to help her since well she doesn’t have it ff2 is her best grace if Reina didn’t have ff2 how it is I honestly think she’ll be pretty bad

it misses on some small characters like lee, leroy, xiaoyu etc. that's where you use sentai 2 routes and it's mentioned in the video

I don't think she is strong, her ff2 nerf was huge, that's what made her strong in the first place.
