The infrared camera only sees the hot air stream, not the plane itself. And the strange rotation of the object is the rotation of the infrared camera lens. The fast speeds of another object against the background of the ocean turned out to be not so fast, based on the readings of the numbers on the screen. It seems that the pilots in the navy were just trying to create a myth.
