Hello doctor, this was a wonderful and informative video..
Just wanted to start off by saying I am a huge fan and watch your videos for knowledge and entertainment, whenever I get the chance.
Thanks to you, I have thrown away lots of unhealthy habits in my life such as sugar, junk food, sodas and etc..
However one thing that I am having trouble managing and quitting is vaping. I know it is bad for me, but I am physically addicted to the nicotine.
Might I suggest making a video addressing the dangers of vaping and the benefits of quitting (within a week, month, year)?
Thank you, Dr. Berg. Have a great day.

Taking bentonite clay will help you purge the nicotine from your body which will reduce the urge to take it in the first place. Maybe you should try and nicotine fast and then take the bentonite clay?

Fardin Khan - Dr. Deepak Chopra, an expert in Ayurveda, teaches to ask your body what IT wants. Put ALL of your focus on what you are doing and pay attention to what your body tells you. If you still insist on smoking/vaping or whatever, go ahead, but notice how your body reacts to whatever you are inflicting upon it. Do this EVERY time you have the urge to do anything that you KNOW is harmful to your amazing body. The majority of people who consistently do this, will eventually quit. It might not happen overnight, but the process of tuning in to how your body responds to ANY substance, is a good thing. Be good to your body and it will be good to you!! I pray that you are successful in the elimination of such things.

Are there any toxic components in it similar to those of licorice which need to be removed in order to use it efficiently for curing inflammation in the stomach? Which is most beneficial for healing inflammatory conditions? Powder, capsule or tea form? Would appreciate it if you reply asap to this. I'm in dire need of help. Marshmallow root is also beneficial for interstitial cystitis, or painful bladder syndrome. It helps “coat” the inside of the bladder, in order to soothe and help protect it from irritants.

Most gelatin in the U.S. is fake and is actually not real gelatin like in the old days. Gelatin is made by boiling bones, joints, skin with hair and feet to death until it forms a gelatin. Nowadays, this is no longer done. They use water, starch and something else to thicken certain products and call this mixture "gelatin". I researched this back in 2010.

Marshmallow *root* tea does not have sugar unless you are adding sugar.
Marshmallow *root* is not the same as the marshmallow candy.

@@nnr2dm243 mm I live with a person that got type 2 diabetes, but after doing semi keto with me and regular exercise in the form of brisk walking for atleast 30 minutes each day(added to a active work day): we live in sweden but she ate a typical american diet for 3 years and got into trouble. She cut out sugars, except on ocations like birthdays, and I guess christmas. Down from every other day to 5 times a year so its huge progress there. Still not on keto diet but I force alot more veggies in the mix. from 3 tablets of metformin a day down to half a tablet everyother day. Its a tricky thing when I dont agree with the doctor... she lost about 30 kilograms, workout, eat 3-4 times a day with less snacking. Looks to me that doctors treat the symptoms not the cause when it comes to type 2 diabetes....I have alot of friends in their late 30s that got diagnosed with type 2, but started keto after I nagged them "alot" and they have regular bloodsugars, sleep better, loosing that extra weight they had, feel better, look better all of it. And no medications with regular bloodsugars, I know some of them do eat candy and chips and stuff everyother weekend still ;)
