Loved it here when I came to stay in Mesa in 2016. Walked up the wooden stairs and headed along the wooden flooring outside the stores and as I was having a quick vape before entering the stores, I passed a group of old guys doing the same. One said tp me as I exhaled "I've got fruity pebbles". My reply was "You should go see a doctor about that"! His friends choked on their capes with laughter. Went into the gift shops and was blown away by all the lovely things in there. Bought a big ole chocolate brown Arizona mug, but sadly dropped it on my return to England....favourite mug from there destroyed and only the memory of my trip left. Sat on the saddle at the bar for a cool and welcoming beer, before having a lovrly burger and fries. Beautiful place to visit, looking out at the forest of Saguaro cactus on the way in, I'd highly recommend anyone go visit here. Much love and thank you so much for the lovely memory you guys
Lol saw some of my old coworkers in this and smiled. Had some of the best years of my life working in that restaurant! It's a strange little spot in the middle of nowhere. Saw a lot of wild stuff and met awesome people from all over the world. Miss it.

It is not the same experience. Both Goldfield and Tortilla Flat are not far from each other so check them both out and enjoy the scenery on the way.
