I can suggest that you may be able to find the service manual online. That's how I got mine working again. Plus it shows the different service modes. I'm not sure on yours, but I know to change the win percentage requires an actual computer chip change out. I'll take a look in my book to see if there is anything about free play that might help. What did you do to fix the coin solenoid buzzing issue?
I lubed everything really well. It helped but hasn't completely eliminated it. I think the mechanism is pretty worn.

Not sure. Been a while. I want to think it might have been about 1/2" thick.
