I grew up here in Tempe, not at this exact location but around Southern and McClintock. And downtown is only a bus ride. But man, my childhood memories in this city. Lived there my whole life until I moved with my family in West Phoenix. I still miss Tempe tho..

After the 1987 NFL season, the St. Louis Cardinals moved to Tempe, AZ, and became the Phoenix Cardinals (renamed the Arizona Cardinals in 1994). The Cardinals played in Tempe, AZ, from 1988 to 2005 and then moved to Glendale, AZ, in 2006.

Crazy how much Mill Ave has changed. I worked in the Chase building right on University and Mill from the late 90's to mid 2000's. We watched those two Condo buildings go up, from start to finish.
