    The intermediate appeal is only based off the face of the court's record.
    There's no such thing as appealing because of the convicted being upset because of the outcome of the trial judge and it's not, if you have no objections on the record, what can you appeal, if there's no preservation of error what can you appeal in the intermediate appeal. It's not that the courts are sided against the person, but with no error preserved or any objections on the face of the court's record, then you have no appeal.
    No, only in the intermediate appeal process is there a right to a court appointed attorney, not in the discretionary level. It's not illegal. Once upon a time maybe, I believe 2005 that changed

      Nor is there anything in law that state's that your entitled to court appointed counsel in the discretionary level. I don't care if you look at The Supreme Law of the Land, or The Texas Constitution, it's not in there
