For really high chamber temps, I think water cooled toolhead is the way to go. Recycling print waste into filament just isn't practical unless you already have a print farm big enough to justify buying pellets to extrude your own filament. Otherwise you can't get enough waste that's suitable for turning into filament. Can't trust other people to sort their waste.
Presuming that you are on cable: When you are streaming you are constantly uploading, this means that the cable modem is transmitting nonstop from your house to wherever. I would not be surprised if the transmitter in your cable modem is overheating from this usage. When the technician shows up, either upload a file nonstop or stream.
6 different modems even when I try one of my own, same problem. It's a node issue we are almost positive. Tech came out today and found issues on their end. When we stream we push 6mb/s through a 20mb/s pipe, it's not like we are pushing it hard and it starts immediately :/ but yes we will try more tomorrow when they are coming back.
Grant, please please stop calling the box turtle a ldo project l Robert Kloss, armored turtle, created this project. Ldo only makes the kits. Please give credit to the creator
Ldo is making the kit. If you're looking for credit talk to ldo about that. It's not clear or obvious in their marketing who is responsible for it. It's not like I'm trying to steal credit from you, but it is not on me if all their social marketing for it does not mention the original creator.
Great takes. I agree 100% with your opinion about waste. We should be more aware and responsible.
we should, but few will :(
You have the Kobra 3 Max fast direct 4 color now too which utterly changes the large format game

Ultimaker allows use of NFC on their filament too.

Missed it live, but I bet 2025 is the year you build a Recreator3D pultruder unit 😮

STARLINK - Problem solved
not really, the latency is so high it would nuke our editing process.
Ahh …. I didn’t realize that
yeah its north of 70ms which, while may be more reliable, our remote editors may hate us more lol
