only one feedback i would give in the case of thumbnails that you should pick a clean simple arrangement with a fix color scheme and stick with it, the thumbnail matters alot and these ones not really hitting a level otherwise the content is actually really good, but it could be a huge throwback for someone who didnt watched you yet
I'm still trying to find a style that is appealing and my own thumbnail wise. So far I've broken it up into Stormgate, Stormgate Turny, Kane's Wrath, Kane's wrath turny.
