In this cake decorating tutorial, I demonstrate how to create create a gorgeous, super tall wedding worthy cake and how I prep and arrange fresh flowers. This cake was to be delivered and consumed on the same day, so I popped these flowers on last minute, just before heading down to the venue.

In these video tutorials, I normally use Bakels Premixes to save on time.
(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)

muchas gracias por tu hermoso comentario querida! Cuando el fondant se agrieta, generalmente se debe a que no es lo suficientemente flexible o elástico. Esto sucede si ha estado sentado durante demasiado tiempo en el mostrador o sobre el pastel, si la temperatura en la habitación es demasiado fría, o si el fondant está demasiado seco por amasar demasiado azúcar glas o maíz. Intente trabajar rápidamente con su fondant, usando manteca vegetal como su agente antiadherente, e incluso caliente el fondant ligeramente en el microondas para ayudar a que sea más elástico. ¡Espero que esto ayude!

When you put the cake in the fridge after ganache, do you find it gets condensation on it before you add fondant
