It’s such a beautiful place, you’ll love it! The people that work there are so happy, kind and helpful. They run adoptions. When I went I think they offered public to hike with their dogs on Sundays, it was such an amazing experience. I wanted to bring them all back home with me
They must have a full time team of two vets and 6 vet staff, all doing neutering/spaying/wound care along with volunteers doing tick removal, flea baths, feeding/watering, cleanup, sorting of temperaments dogs, sex sorting to prevent pregnancy. And a tourism dept with dog herd hikes in safarai jeeps with paid tours, discounts for workhelpers.
Sorting of temperament dogs? These are all balanced dogs. These dogs aren't locked in houses all day, given love at the wrong time, treated like humans. These dogs are being drained of energy that "temperament" doesn't even exist there. That's a human thing we created because we're not giving them what they need. Look again. Not one dog is fighting. There's nothing wrong with these dogs. They are happy. ❤
