    There is a lot more in these closing techniques than you show here Sifu, as there are bigger, smaller, fitter, muscular people. And this closing in is one of keys to self-defence. Could you break this down, with different sized people Sifu, and do a few videos? Thank you Sifu🙏

    Hi master wong how to escape arm triangle from standing ?

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  10 месяцев назад +1

      Ah, the arm triangle is a tricky situation indeed. In my experience, it's crucial to maintain awareness of your surroundings. Focus on disrupting the attacker's balance and swiftly redirecting their force. The key lies in adapting to the situation. Remember, "fight, move, people move." Hey Sifu, can you use the names of the exercises you do according to win chun?

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  10 месяцев назад

      Absolutely! In Wing Chun, we have foundational exercises like Siu Nim Tao (Little Idea Form), Chum Kiu (Seeking Bridge), and Biu Jee (Thrusting Fingers). Each one builds essential skills for self-defense. Remember, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything."

    Opponents right hand is free for majority of time. Will that be a problem?

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  8 месяцев назад

      Ah, an astute observation indeed. In such a scenario, remember, the cornerstone of our training is the art of 'closing the gap,' vital in real-world confrontations. The opponent's free hand presents both a challenge and an opportunity. Adaptability is key here; as we say, "fight move, people move." Direct your focus on controlling the situation by swiftly bridging the gap with speed and precision. Utilize Wing Chun principles to neutralize the threat effectively. Remember, it's not the hand that's free, but the mind that's unrestricted.

    Even the opponent will choke you and grab you on neck , the wing chun can help you to un grab and get rid of grabbing

    • @masterwong101
      @masterwong101  10 месяцев назад

      Absolutely, my friend. In Wing Chun, we emphasize quick reactions and efficient movements, especially in close-quarters combat. When faced with a chokehold, your focus should be on disrupting your opponent's balance and control. Remember, it's not just about force but about technique and timing. With proper training and awareness, you can indeed overcome such situations. Train hard, live clean, and don't let anyone bully you.
