@@charlesparker192 guess you’ve never purchased bolts from Polaris before… Also what’s even more speedy is having to fix your chassis when the stock one ruin your suspension then the chassis. Also they’re 14mm bolts. They’re not 10mm bolts like they used to use.
Polaris has a well known history of making great cars with lots of problems. They are the General Motors of the off road world. Building cars with dangerous, unforgivable defects then denying theirs a problem. My General had doors that would pop open constantly because the door latches were cheap garbage. The dealer would never acknowledge the problem existed. Deny, deny, deny. The next model year came with an entirely new automotive style latch that solved the problem. I asked the dealer if they would update my car with the new latches and if the previous latches weren’t an issue why did the manufacturer change the design. The dealer continued to deny my car had a problem and refused to fix my car.
Thank you for posting. No doubt the pro R is next level but knowing Polaris…I’m going to give it another year or two before moving on from my turbo S. I’m sure they’ll have this platform dialed soon.
With the cost of these things it is ridiculous there are so many shortcut cheap out things to deal with as an owner of a new $30k plus machine. Even the new xp1000 costs $25k by the time you add taxes and fees for the cheapest one.
They look and perform amazing, but how many rzr have you seen with only 3-5k miles that have a brand new motor? That’s ridiculous for a $25-30k machine. Plus many times they find ways to not fulfill the warranty. Not cool.
I love my pro r. But coming from 3 different can am x3 (most recently 2022 smart shox x3). The rzr feels a little more loose. The x feels tight. My rzr seat feels loose also.
misfitgarageutah.com/products/rzr-pro-r-turbo-r-complete-suspension-bolt-kit?ToPasteboard They’re on sale but not for much longer. It’s night and day difference.
Uh no…. Not at all! They will say you caused the parts to fail. That’s why everyone puts aftermarket parts on the car. If your front shock fork or the ball joint fail. It ruins that entire corner of the car… Typically both arms, most of the plastics by your feet. Does thousands in damage.
Misfit Garage Utah sells a lot of these kits for a reason! They know what they’re talking about. Their product is sound, tried, tested and true! They do this for a living and k ow what they’re doing for sure. I trust them all the way! They will never steer you wrong.
its funny BOTH of the aftermarket bolt kits are not 100%, MOST of the bolts in the kit still have too short of a shoulder to contact both tabs, the "shank" thickness of the OEM bolts and aftermarket are the same! Its only the 1/16" of an inch where the shoulder ends and the threads start. Which the threads have to be thinner that's where the nut engages. So much mis information out there. The real problem is the holes in the frame are oversized for the bolts, Polaris needs tighter tolerances, and Canam is worse in the regard.
Im confused how you know both kits are wrong? My kit is specifically made with shanks 100% long enough to contact both tabs. That is the entire reason I made them in the first place. Also originally when the Pro R was made they used bolts that had a shank that was .060 smaller in diameter IN ENTIRETY. Not just the part that transitions from shank to threads. Ive got some bolts in my possession if you would like me to send you pictures with a caliper showing you. Most 2023 and newer Pro Rs they changed the bolt shanks to have regular shank diameters.
You really think engineers are always right when it comes to designs!? I think there’s a lot of mechanics who would strongly disagree. When new models like this come out they have weak points. Then they tweak them in the years to come.
All of the RZRs for a long while have been that way. It’s cause they run the radiator lines through the center tunnel. Just roasting the cab of the car.
Is there anybody that makes a properly shaped bolt kit for these? That way you can swap them out in one day instead of trying to piece things together. And also is there a link for the Keller ball joints?
@Misfit Garage will be ordering tomorrow, just got my shock therapy springs and stuff in so I'm stacking parts! Just got the call today that it'll be here in about a month 🤘
Does anybody make a bolt kit to replace all these bolts with proper shanks
Yes we do!

Is it the same for the pro xp’s? Do you make a kit for that model if required? 2022 Pro XP4 probably the same as Pro R , thanks
Yes we do have a Pro XP kit on our website!

Polaris wake up.the money these things cost no excuse for be cheap on them parts
Agreed there should be such a higher standard of quality for the cost of a pretty nice new car!
We had the driver side shock fork fail.
We just released a full CNC machined shock fork that is stronger than the stock one. Check it out!
Oh really the driver side??? That will be the first time I’ve heard the driver and not the passenger side. What happened?

The looseness is the bolts… I can almost guarantee it.
We make a bolt kit if you want to check it out
I have a pro r 4 ultimate. Clunks hitting bumps.
That’s from the bolts… you need to swap them out for correct bolts!
