Hi! I'm also a center stand aficionado; I use it every evening when I store my Yamaha 660cc. One of the advantages of the centerstand is that my bike is front heavy &, when it's on its centerstand, the rear wheel doesn't touch ground & my rear suspention is relaxing! The centerstand cost me over 170 € but I don't regret any euro cent of it. To put it on, I just stand on its lever using my 70 kg to rise my 192 Kg bike...
I purchased a Condor PS-1500 chock with the quick attach plate for my trailer. This allows me to use the chock while trailering, and to also use it free-standing in the garage. Since my '22 Africa Twin did't come with a factory center stand, I simply drive the front wheel into the PS-1500 whenever I pull into the garage--instant center stand.
I like the fact that my Ducati Multistrada has a factory center stand BUT, some part of it gets in the way of my left heal if I try to shift back to stand on the balls of my feet on the pegs. Can’t imagine living without a center stand. Guess I’ll have to trade bikes.
Please explain why the side stand is always opened before the bike is lifted onto the center stand? I never do like that. (It seems to be dangerous. Because of any reason when you failed lifting the bike up onto the center stand and the bike moves backwards the side stand could hit or break your leg.)
The REAL best thing about center stands is NIGHT RIDING! Reaching back with your toe at speed you simply put some downward pressure on the CS foot lever and VIOLA! Rooster tail of glorious sparks! You guys ought to make sacrifical screw on blocks of various materials for different colored spark shows!
There should be a universal law stating that every motorcycle with a chain has to come with a CENTRESTAND or lugs for one so it can be fitted as an option. How the hell are you meant to adjust and oil the damn chain without one. Carry a paddock stand every where?
I love my Center Stand for all reasons (benefits) you said 😎

That's a great plan if you never need a center stand between the trailer and the house! If it works for you, that's all that matters!
center stand makes the bike secure while parking overnight and keeps all balance for maintenance purpose
I need a center stand for a 2019 tiger 800 XRX LOW
I got a DRZ and I want a center stand do they make 1
Do Twisyed throttle have a centre stand for a 2020 Z1000sx
Not yet, but keep checking!

One more benefit! You can take a quick nap on the bike with these on :)

Most aftermarket center stands can not be deployed with the side stand up.
I just seen a motorcycle with a center stand that swiveled. Anyone know the name of this stand.???? Thanks

Nearly every bike used to come with center and side stands, now you have to spend hundreds of dollars to get what should be OEM equipment.
