hello Elizabeth, excellent and helpful video ,thank you. Im an adult with IPF ,due to the inflammation in my lungs there seems to be constant phlegm in my airways that triggers a cough on inhalation. Besides the above exercise is there one that deals with my issue specifically? Thank you..
Hi! It sounds like using a flutter valve may be beneficial. Also, anything that will thin mucus so it’s easier to cough up like pineapple juice or Mullein Tea. Also, any natural anti inflammatories would help as well! Try not to eat too much processed foods since they cause inflammation.
