We heard that a lot. Meet Colin (C-Kay), a long-time friend of Dan's-we go back over 20 years.
We DJ'd, MC'd, and partied hard, but we never talked about two things: mental health and Colin's stutter. We just didn't mention them at all.
During the day, we did our jobs, and at night, we DJ'd, never discussing life's problems.
But now, after multiple breakdowns and unspoken issues starting to surface, it's clear that just because we didn't talk about these things 'back in the day,' it doesn't mean they weren't there.
