Right out of the box my diamondclean 9300 won't charge on the charging base with the glass cup or the clear stand. I put in a claim with Philips they have since sent me 2 more brush handles and 1 charging base. Lo' and behold none of them charge! I'm at a loss for word, how can I have 3 brush handles and 2 charging cradles and NON OF THEM CHARGE!. I though I was losing my mind and actually thought maybe its me thats not charging it right. Thanks for your video. It confirms that I'm not going crazy because this is exactly how I've been attempting to charge them. Still cant wrap my head around how or why I had 3 duds from Philips. What gives?
The toothbrush looks tacky sitting in a glass on the bathroom counter. I much prefer the pristine look of,a fully upright charger. Why can’t people just make normal shit anymore?

Any idea why my Sonicare Diamond clean only has one bar instead of full bars when looking at that signal bar. Having trouble figuring that out.
Do you have to log into the app on your phone for it to track the days / times you brushed your teeth?
