►Download AI Skin Fix Action (free):photoshopdesir... Hi friends! In this Photoshop tutorial, I'll show you how to use Generative Expand in the Photoshop (beta) app to easily expand your image dimensions and create content with text prompts.
To get started, make sure you have the Photoshop (beta) app installed on your desktop. If you don't have it yet, find it in the Beta Apps tab of your Creative Cloud desktop app and click Install next to Photoshop (Beta).
Now, let's dive into Generative Expand:
Select the Crop tool from the toolbar and adjust the canvas size to your desired dimensions.
In the options bar, click on Fill and select Generative Expand.
Drag the corner and edge handles outward to extend the canvas.
Look for the Generative Expand button in the Contextual Task Bar and click it.
To generate content based on surrounding pixels, leave the text prompt box blank and click Generate.
Alternatively, use a simple text prompt like "water reflections" to guide the content generation.
After generating the content, choose the best option from the presented images in the Properties panel.

Hey Dave! I've got a helpful tip for you. To achieve the same quality as the original, try opening the generative layer in Camera Raw and applying sharpening, color noise reduction, and adding some grain. By incorporating these three adjustments, you can achieve a quality similar to the original. Give it a shot and see the difference!
