Its not hard to pick out the diamond in the roughs, you can find plenty of hell cat and scat chargers for 28-45k. Check behind the rear wheels, there should be vents inside the wheel well. If those are visible they didnt tear up the rear end to much Mileage. Its proven they can be reliable up to 180k miles with regular fluid changes and maintenance. Finding one from 40k-65k miles is a decent range. DO NOT BUY THEM unless they have new breaks and listen for the hemi knock. If it has it then its a bad engine. Buyer beware...I wouldn't buy one used...most in 30k range have been driven hard...so I'd pass and I looked one at 35k....when it's blowing smoke and has that hemi tick ..no way I'd touch it with a 10 foot pole...unless it was a one owner and had to be sold..and passed a full mechanical inspection ...an independent independent inspection...
