- Cooking a bbq rack of lamb over cherry wood embers is a great way to cook, you have to be careful not to oversmoke the lamb, or overcook it, and using the Meater + helped to nail the lovely pink juicy lamb that I'm looking for. The cherry wood embers gave off lots of heat on the Hellrazr Yama grill to get a nice crust.
