    I spent a couple hours trying to get through the firewall of a 2016 suburban. This video actually helped me run that wire within minutes!! Thank you brother

    Thank you for posting this man. I spent hours trying to get through that gromet, trying to remove the box above the pedals. This was so much faster!!!!

    I was ready to run wires between door and frame. Then I thought one last effort to find another solution and found your video. Big guy or not, this is definitely the way !!!
    Thanks so much for posting this !!

    Fantastic video - thank you! Spent 20 minutes of aggravation trying to figure something out before grabbing my phone and searching for a solution. This save me a huge headache wiring an aftermarket backup cam.

    Awesome video , I’m installing a ham radio and have been racking my brain on how to get the antenna coax thru …. The typical antenna has a pl259 connection , this is to fat to run thru that hole …..soooo I ordered a cable with a BNC connector which will barely fit thru the holes and I can attach an adapter once I get it inside. This is way of running the wire is going to be much easier and actually cleaner to. Thank you

    Thank you, Thank you so much for this. I tried poking wires through that rubber nipple and then read you had to take a screw driver and poke through something else. Not poking a screw driver in a area with a bunch of wires that I cant see. So again, thank you for this.

    Did you seal the hole somehow after removing the grommet and running the wires through it?

  • @waynetibak1828
    @waynetibak1828 2 года назад +1

    This is going to help tremendously. I wanted to add some aux lights to the sides of the hood but was dreading screwing with the firewall.
    How’d you pop out that cover, from the inside I guess since the door is in the way if trying to do it from the outside. Also, did you plug that hole with anything to prevent water from getting into the cab or no?
