people are hard on ron because he is the definition of a car nerd. i’ve always appreciated his enthusiasm and passion for cars and his deeply specific car facts. looking forward to see more of his work in the future!

I met Ron, Vin and Scotto at Goodwood last year and it was so cool to be able to finally tell them in person how much I love everything they've done over the years 😀

Divorced dad here. 3 days a week. My kid loves a Hot wheels car when I see him. I’m a Euro/ JDM person. He loves American iron, like his grandfather that he never met. He sees headlights and taillights like I do and knows all the makes and marks. My hero!!

The corporate world killed Hoonigan it has killed the free-spirited, wild. Now Hoonigan is now a t-shirt and a sticker.

I don't even know if I should keep my hoonigan banner on my car . Before I knew what it meant but now...

@AlienBmxican keep it then when you do something truely Hoonigan style. Post it a say this is the true Hoonigan spirt, what happened to the Hoon company, we all knew and love. Then leave on youtube, fakebook and instragram. Tag the corporation that bought Hoonigan. I have a couple of projects I will throw on here..

      It’s always been corporate…

Hoonigan has always had some degree of corporate. remember.. DC developed into a corporate entity under Ken and Damon (Way). Then they sold DC and it started showing up in TJ Maxx.
I loved the old Long Beach days of debauchery .. but they are long gone. What's left is embarrassing. Vin with his fancy mid-century home and exotic cars.. hanging out with the stupid Canadians from DDE.. 🙄

Can I just say WOW!!!, love this content. It sounds like Ken was the type of person everyone would love to be. I love the opportunity to help people and give them a leg up as long as they are willing to put up the effort. Ron, love your information and descriptions of what it takes to be successful in creating content. Thanks for this video.

Funny thing: I bought one of the limite run of the first batch of Hoonigan shirt. It was a black t-shirt with the white Hoonigan logo in the front and the release date in the back. I think It was 11.1.11 or something. Limited to 500. I eventually cut the sleeves and dump it even later. I was so dumb.

Around the 50min mark thing’s got better for me. I’ll honesty say I’m not a RonCar fan...but hearing him speak about what Ken did for him was nice to hear. Personally if a friend/mentor passed away only 1year ago I’d probably tear up cause they ment SO MUCH to me&my life...but Ron didn’t barely blink🤔 Anyways this interview sheds a positive light on Ron...someone I truly didn’t prefer/like on the Hoonigan crew. I appreciate you helping shine a positive light on one of the least liked Hoonigan crew(not saying I like all of them). I truly wish all of them the best in there next chapters of life. Amazing how Ken helped a group of dorks/nerds do cool shit in the automotive industry...that is one of the thing’s these guy’s should cherish for the rest of there lives!! I hope these guy’s do everything they can to help guide Lia Block into the bad ass/beautiful woman Ken would’ve wanted her to become🙏🏽
    Much luv&respect from Hawaii🤙🏽🤘🏽
