I played on the v2 and v3 of the tutorial world. It wasn't much different but it has a lot more in store if you want to check those versions out, heavily recommend! And yes, a wave of nostalgia when I saw that run down shack just chilling there. Almost died on the inside after realising how long it's been
Actually, I used to play on the PS3 (I still do because I’m poor), which also had tutorial worlds just the same as the Xbox 360 versions. I never played on the first few because I didn’t have my own console back then, but my favorite one started you out right next to the castle, and it was bigger and better than the one you found in this video! The next tutorial world also had a dilapidated, abandoned version of the castle in the corner of the map. That castle holds significant memories for me because of how long ago it was and just how many secrets it had
@@Carlos_oliveira Dude, I wish I still had my ps2. I have a bunch of ps2 games like sims castaway and petz catz 2 I refuse to throw out because when I get a computer I’m gonna play them on an emulator for my nostalgia. We actually had an older ps3 with backwards compatibility up until recently when it finally died
I got my ps3 fat a year ago and I enjoyed it several first months despite it being never cleaned Now I have Xbox One where I can have almost all modern games and it is cool As for ps3, my father took it recently and I haven't yet bought Minecraft for it (but at least I beat some other cool games including Ice Age 3 from my childhood)
The legacy ones bring me back to the times where me and my friend were confused of why our world was so small Also i had a pyromaniac phase in the texture pack demo worlds, i used to trap villagers inside the structures and burned them from outside
i've been in the demo world and i got nostalgia from the castle and the beacon and the little library that had a secret chest in it and i also remember that fireworks would launch once you were done with the tutorial (I just remember everything really :D).
next video idea: exploring the minecraft legacy console edition maps. For all of you that don't know, there were map packs in that version. They were pretty much just like a DLC map with a custom texture pack, but you CAN access them without buying them. I still remember playing some of these like 5 years back on my PS3. There were maps like ancient Greece, Fallout (yes, the game) and the Christmas map that was shown in the video (I think).
I had Fallout and Skyrim on my PS3, good times, good times. (I got the Skyrim one for the texture pack, and the Fallout one came with the same big pack that had the Journey skins, that was technically my first skin with a cape, playing as the Journey characters.)
There were Easter eggs and secrets in every demo world, with each being more built up than the last. One of my favourites had a replica of Stampy's house - pretty sure he made a video on it
i used to just play on the demo since my parents did not want to buy the game at all, it was fun to mess around in that world finding the music discs or pieces of enchanted armor.
0:20 man, nostalgia. I remember hopping onto my Xbox-1 and booting up Minecraft. I would always play in that same Christmas world. I still remember most of the layout of that place. That world’s gone like my old house that burnt down 3 years afterwards. Also anyone remember the Minecraft X-Box adventure time pack/world?
The thing i like about squiddo’s videos is that she uses the littlebigplanet song Orb of dreamers which activates my nostalgia because littlebigplanet was a great game back in the day and she might be using that song without knowing it because it sounds really close to a Minecraft disk song but littlebigplanet’s music choice is SOOOO GOOD in the game it’s like ascending.
in title update, I believe 14 was when I last played, there was more than a castle, there was a whole town. it taught the basics of enchanting, redstone, snow and iron golems, fishing, and farming good times. sometimes I would start a tutorial world just to explore it
Fun fact: you can Access a lot of maps that you won't access nowdays by pressing the Editions button on the PS4. You can then access some like Fallout, toy story, nightmare before christmas and blah blah blah.
My fondest extinct map was the tutorial where the beginning led into a giant city with like a big ol sandstone castle. It was the update where the Minecraft heads existed, but I don't know what version that was introduced
Oh my god i remember playing SO many of those old worlds! I was on xbox 360, and i remember playing in this one world and i was always stuck in this ditch with a broken house. So many of my childhood memories revolve around these maps, and i remember the layout and all the other stuff... I also remember mini games that they addee where you fly an elytra and pvp when they added it! I played before eggs were added as well. Memories...

The Christmas mashup pack, just unlocked so many memories of the first worlds on pocket edition when they added the store I used to get all the mashup packs when they were released
The tutorial world is so nostalgic I used to play it just to live in the kingdom, but on the playstation. Its different from the one in the video, much more gigantic lol. But the spawn is similar i think
so funny thing, we used to have a wiiU before we lost the giant pad controller thing somehow, and the minecraft on there literally never updated. it had all the gliding, battling, and shoveling minigames. it had old texture pack worlds like the halloween land and christmas land, and i believe a mario land. i remember the city texture pack, and just thinking about it brings me so much nostalgia. i hope my mom can find the controller again so i could revisit that all, im sure it still hasn't updated, since the wiiU is outdated lol.

I remember playing on the Christmas holiday map on my PS3 all the way back in 2012 to 2014 (when I played it the most on the PS3) I remember the cool texture pack, the minecart railway, I even remember when there was very little Redstone that could be used for contraptions, so instead there were just little secrets, hidden across the map. Those were the best of times.
I played on that demo world when it was a bit more updated, they ended up creating a lot more later on and swapping that one out, but man was it fun times

I've had Minecraft ps4 2 years before legacy edition got replaced by bedrock.
