Perfectly what i was looking for...doubt is all about emotion...in fact every thought carries an emotion... If we look at doubt from an external point of view when it arrives and simply dismiss it as invalid or a kiddish outburst... It helps to see the situation how we sensibly should be seeing it....

Great video but I don't know what I want anymore. I have been into so much in self doubt that I have lost all interest in any thing because of the fear of failure. I am really hard on myself and I never know what to say. Even when I was in school I would never ask a teacher a question because I did not want to look like a idiot. I know it is all in my mind but once it becomes part of you it is so hard to change. I wish I had a friend that would help me so I could slowly get over this.

I found this video quite helpful. Whilst it was about self-doubt I think it is equally applicable to anxiety. This is also the way I have found helpful to deal with anxiety - by going into the body, noticing the feelings, accepting them and sending that part of myself love and compassion. I doubt about obvious stuffs. Sometimes I used to think "Am I dumb that I'm doubting common sense.?" It was very silly and laughable. I thought that maybe I'm psychologically habituated to doubt anything. My self-esteem was shattered. I was lonely. I was scared to trust myself. I used to predict bad consequences . My doubts grasped me fully. Sometimes I used to think that it's main purpose is to defeat me. I fought it with definite logic and sensible reasonings but it became more powerful and it pained me a lot. Maybe I'm able to free myself now. Ps- even when I was watching your videos the doubt came that it won't work no matter how much you watch this video.
I started getting self doubt when I approached a man at work,got him interested to the point he told me to call him,then I froze...I waited 3 days and texted..It looked like I was playing games..I really want to slap myself for self sabotaging my efforts ALL the time

So I used to have strong confidence body language and all sharp in and very clever in conversation etc. But then I started smoking, marijuana to be specific but I've stopped now but I feel like im off and awkward now it used to be easier to talk because these never used to be problem let alone anything serious but I think the main thing is that I feel like I've lost my clever smarts and really all of my quick intelligence or intelligence period I used to be much more open and fearless with body language and all felt like i perfected it and now I feel way off and people are starting to notice it(I'm in school so much more small conflict and situations,for example jokes calling you names for or questioning your statements)
